Sophisticated, contemporary urban living in historic Charlotte Amalie neighborhood within a 5-minute walk to world-famous duty-free shopping on Main Street, historic 99 Steps, Fort Christian, right under the shadow of the pirate Blackbeard's Castle, and much more!

There are other units available in the building, so if you are traveling with a small group of family members or friends, we can accommodate them too.

Newly upgraded and spacious 1BR/1BA Efficiency apartment in the heart of historic Charlotte Amalie. Apartment has a brand new, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brand new bathroom. Also has lovely new flooring and new furnishings to ensure maximum comfort while being a few minutes walk from many of Charlotte Amalie's most historic sights and world-famous duty-free shopping.

Newly installed A/C units in both the bedroom and the living area provide cool comfort for hot island days! Queen size bed in the bedroom easily sleeps two and a comfortable sofa bed (probably best suited for one adult or two children) in the living room.

A base in the heart of Charlotte Amalie

We absolutely loved our first-floor studio apartment! It was the perfect base, just a short 3-minute stroll from the main street and only another minute to the beautiful waterfront. The housekeeping team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

Chic Modern Studio

We loved our stay at this stylish downtown studio! It’s been completely renovated with upscale finishes, but retains its historic feel and location. We loved being centrally located a short walk from several local historic sights and views, great restaurants, and access to the waterfront. We felt safe in the area and the locals were always very kind and welcoming. John was great at taking care of needs and I definitely recommend staying at any of his properties. We rented a scooter for our whole two week stay; it was easy to park anywhere and we loved the freedom to be able to explore anywhere at any time of day without having to wait for a taxi. We would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we’re in St Thomas!

Lovely place in the historic district.

The property is perfectly located for walking around the historic district. It is tastefully decorated with modern high quality kitchen and bath. It is even larger than it looks in the pictures and the kitchen was spacious with a full size range. The owner was very helpful and accommodating for a change in schedule. As a single female I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood, but two local older ladies told me that the particular street where the studio is located is very safe and they would not have any concerns walking alone at night. I was a little disappointed that few local businesses stay open in the evening, but some other areas of town with restaurants and music were a moderate walk/short taxi ride away. I'd recommend a food and culture tour upon arrival to get oriented with the neighborhood and see some hidden gems.
