Authentic traditional farm from the end of the 19th century, very carefully restored, nestled in a quiet, panoramic "balcony" & "belvedere" on the well-exposed west hillside, in the heart of a peaceful "dispersed" rural hamlet nestled in the heart of the Brion countryside on the one of the seven hills dominating the Loire Valley in the charming, typical and commercial village of Iguerande ("Clunisian site" with an elegant listed Romanesque church from the 12th century). Magnificent rural setting of bucolic hilly bocage, nestled on the edge of meadows (with the famous Charolais cows as the only neighbors) a stone's throw from the banks of the Loire (magnificent natural area protected for its very rich fauna & flora ecosystem), close to small wild forests.
