The tall round building offers outstanding panoramic views in every condo.

This oceanfront condo on the 14th floor of Peck Plaza has breathtaking views from every room.
Enjoy the spacious living area, and oceanfront balcony.
2 bed/2 bath, full kitchen, comfortable living room/ dining area, washer/dryer in unit.
Pool, hot tub, grill, basketball and tennis court

Peck Plaza is a family friendly building. The condo with its modern beach decor provides the perfect place for your vacation.
Master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and hall guest bath
Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for the family.
Everyone will enjoy the large two level pool deck. Spend time on the lower sundeck or head to the upper deck for the pool and hot tubs or a game of shuffleboard. Don't miss out on some relaxation on the balcony overlooking the wonderful Atlantic coastline.

We are about an 90 minutes from Disney World, 45 minutes from St. Augustine, 20 minutes from Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Marine Center, and many local activities... something for everyone in the family... fishing, biking, shopping, water park, boardwalk rides, boating, river day cruises and more...
Area has a variety of restaurants to satisfy any palette.

We have a secure building with underground parking as well as an outside lot. A car is recommended but we do have bus service and Uber/ tax
We meet our guests at Peck Plaza with keys and show you what Peck Plaza offers. We also offer key pick-up at our office or lockbox

Clean and comfortable!

Very clean and super comfy beds! Husband loved the recliners. Beach towels leave a little to be desired. Overall great experience.

Beautiful!

Loved the property. Everything was clean nice and just as described. Beautiful views from my balcony. I would absolutely book again.

Wonderful Condo - Exquisite Views & Location!

Spent 6 nights in this condo with my husband and son. It was very roomy for just the three of us. The guest room is amazing! Two queen beds and beautiful views of the ocean. Master bedroom was also very nice with a comfortable bed and great views looking SE to SW. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen is on the smaller side and not open, but we weren't planning to cook much on this trip. The only negative was the towels. There weren't many, and they had seen better days. They were thin and rough and grayish. I would highly recommend replacing these! A couple of hundred dollars would make such a difference! Everything else was wonderful, and we would love to stay again!

Perfect View of the Ocean

This was the perfect room with views of the ocean and the beautiful birds flying by. Very clean and easy access to the beach.

Had higher expectations

The condo was nice enough though needed updating but had amazing views. We had stayed in another Peck Plaza condo last year that had been renovated and was gorgeous. We were disturbed to find the (white) towels were dingy and grey. One hand towel had brown stains all over and a washcloth had mascara stains on it. We purchased washcloths the first night we were there. My husband is NOT a germphobe at all, yet bought bleach (since none on site) and washed every towel. The hand soap was a brand I never heard of and had water added to dilute. So we also purchased hand soap for our use. There were no cleaning supplies available no spray cleaner, wipes nothing but Dawn dish soap and thin paper towels. This is concerning under normal circumstances and more so since Covid is still here. There's a significant additional cleaning fee assessed and its noted that linens are washed at hottest temperature. I find this confusing since guests are required to start a load of towels upon departure. What assurances are there they were washed at hottest temperature and only a cheap unknown brand liquid detergent was provided? The other issue with this condo was the constant noise coming from the pump room. It was varying intensity, and cross between a vacuum cleaner/wind howling that was non-stop. I did contact property management who said they had previous complaints and insulation added but would contact building manager. The noise level never changed so unsure if anything was done. While we would return to Peck Plaza I would not rent this unit again.
