Southern Oaks Townhomes is located in the quaint town of Grand Bay, AL. At this newly renovated vacation rental, you're only 30 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Dauphin Island, 25 minutes south of the city of Mobile, and 40 minutes East of Biloxi, MS.

We hope you enjoy your stay at Southern Oaks Townhomes and are able to get out and explore the beautiful gulf coast during your visit!

Other Things to Note:
Pets: no cats allowed! Dogs under 75 pounds will be considered with a $75 fee per dog, two max.

can't believe other reviews!

It started off with no one giving us the entry code or meet us at the condo. I rented unit 7 and waited outside for someone or and email for 45 minutes then thought maybe the left it open. It was open and there was a family inside too. After the surprise of seeing a stranger come in their unit they were nice enough to give me phone number of the manager Karin. Took her another 40 min. to get us another unit. The unit was not ready to rent it had so many things broken that should have been taken care of before anyone stay there. Towel ranks coming off the wall in both bathroom, closet door off the track, curtain rod coming off the wall hanging from one side, no water in bathroom sink (someone forgot to finish the new fixture install. In the reviews they had someone say they can't wait to stay there again, I don't believe it, once was enough for us.

Great stay - everything was A+!

Perfect stay, everything was wonderful. We loved staying here. House was very clean and well supplied. Bed was comfy. Location was perfect to Mobile, Dauphin Island, Bixloi, and our side trip to New Orleans. Thanks for the stay :)

Very cute and great place to stay. They have everything you need. Just bring food or go out to eat and your set. We hope to come back this summer maybe this place will be available when we come again.
