Very cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath home in a friendly neighborhood. Just walking distance from the snowmobile/ATV trails & downtown Calumet. Has all the bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas station with 1 mile! This home comes with a garage for either your side by sides or snowmobiles! Also has a sauna to relax in after a long day of hitting the trails! Plenty of parking for trailers and vehicles around the property. Only 15 minutes away from downtown Houghton & 30 minutes away from Mount Bohemia!

2nd year in a row staying here for a winter vacation. Autin couldn't be any more accommodating and we love everything about the house. Location, atmosphere, and proximity to all our activities. We will most definitely be back again in the future!

Clean home. Wonderfull attached garage that was great for our Atvs. Great close access to trail system from the door. Owner is great and very responsive to questions. Definitely hope to book again.

Adequate & Affordable

We were happy to have a spot with bedrooms for us all, and overall the home was very comfortable. We were disappointed on a few fronts—the two window AC units took awhile to cool the home, and only the one bedroom with the unit was very cool. Also, we chose the property because it listed laundry services as well as a sauna, but the laundry room was locked off, and the sauna was not stocked with kindling or a lighter. These things may not matter to some guests, but we’re disappointing for us.

Nice property

Perfect for our visit for MTU winter carnival. Kitchen well stocked , garage with lots of room for any winter gear and loading/unloading car. Pleasantly surprised with quick snow removal each day.

Cozy Home. Close to snowmobile trail and town.

Had an amazing time and we are already planning a return trip for our next winter UP adventure. Everything was as depicted in the listings. Snowmobile trail was just 1/4 mile away and anything you could need supply wise was just a short 5 minute drive.

Quiet and relaxing

Clean, plenty of room, close enough to everything to bike ride (rode to Hancock and back one day). Host was always available for questions and replied promptly.

Not easy to contact owner, or any person if we had questions.property was fine except inside stairs. Absolutely filthy..really no need to remove shoes. In fact one would not want to..stairs way too dirty..we originally were to be 6 but ended up as 2 so other than one bedroom none of the others were touched . Other odd thing..only bathroom was downstairs..little inconvenient to say the least.
