We loved the garage parking with garage door opener. There was extra space in the garage for skiis, ice fishing gear, etc. The interior was just what you needed.

The townhome was welcoming, very clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were well furnished. The bathrooms were nice and the full bath was terrific. It was really nice to have some bathing amenities, in case we may have forgetten something while packing. We appreciated the house being on a quiet street in town, with views overlooking the bridge from the back, and withing walking distance to town and MTU.

Taylor and Lily were welcoming and the accommodations were comfortable and convenient to downtown and MTU. The garage was greatly appreciated and the view of Houghton at night was beautiful! We'd definitely stay again.

This is the second time we stayed at this place and probably will not be the last. The location is fantastic! The house is Spacious and the owners were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location and well built

We had 4 MTU graduates that got together for a 3 day weekend in Houghton. It had been over 30 years since we had all been together at the same time. This unit is in a perfect location to Downtown Houghton. The unit is very well equipped with everything you need if you decide to grill out or eat in. Very comfortable and well built. Great Stay!

Beautiful view and location

The property was clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again if ever needed. You will need good snow tires if you go in the winter as it is the snowiest city in Michigan. The view from the townhouse is gorgeous! Great experience! No complaints!

Perfect spot for our needs

We were in town for a wedding and this townhouse was great for our needs. Everything was clean and the hosts were very responsive to questions in advance.

50 year fraternity reunion in Houghton!!

Beautiful condo close to downtown Houghton and MTU!! It is very clean and modern, well stocked to meet every need, very comfortable beds, and garage or lot parking. Please note that you will climb a flight of stairs from the garage to main level and a 2nd flight to the bedrooms. The stairs were not a problem for our group of seniors. Great communication and easy check in. I highly recommend this condo!!

Easter weekend in Houghton

This was the perfect spot for our family during our Easter weekend in Houghton visiting loved ones at Michigan Technology University. The property was spotless, perfectly prepared for our arrival, and was in a great location. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing stay in great location

We stayed in the townhome while on a college visit at MTU. The location was close to campus and downtown Houghton which was really convenient. There was a great view of the canal and bridge to Hancock. It snowed while we were there, and we were so happy to have the garage to park in. The home was spotless and we loved being able to spread out and have separate spaces unlike being in a hotel room. The bottle of wine and chocolate gifts were thoughtful and appreciated. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking again in the future if we go come back to Houghton.
