PARADISE AWAITS ALONG THE BANK OF THE JAMES!

Welcome to Paradise On The James! There is so much to enjoy at this private, gated community! We would love to invite you to relax and unwind, or spend time outside enjoying the trails, playgrounds and access to the beach along the bank of the James River. This condo offers a well-stocked, full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, guest wifi and smart TVs that are connected to cable. Linens, towels and washcloths are provided for your stay.

* Please note this condo is located on the 2nd floor.

Minutes from the property you'll find Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, golf courses and much more.

THE KINGS MILL RESORT pools, golf courses, the Health Club, Lazy River, and the full-service restaurants are restricted to Kingsmill Members only, and are not included. However, the following can be accessed by any of our guests.

Excellent place close to everything!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The beds were very comfortable so we all slept well after walking up to 8 miles a day. We had our fur baby with us and it was great having a wonderful place to take him on walks. I would highly recommend this place!

Place was great and location to Busch Gardens was unbelievable. Close to everything in Williamsburg, it was just a shame that We could not use any of Kingsmill's facilities.

Kingsmill Resort Vacation

Property was lovely. We replaced the overhead light outside the front door of the condo. We enjoyed our stay, the connection with nature through our daily walks, access in area historic sights, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend the Kingsmill Resort.

Perfect property

Beautiful condo location in a gated community. Minutes from any attraction in Williamsburg. Very quite, clean and lots of extra touches. A must stay!!!!

Kingsmill

Overall our stay was great, but three minor guest experiences fell short. On arrival we found the bed linens on the two beds, but beds not made up for use. Bath linens were on the bedroom chest of drawers, not in the bathroom. We had four bath towels for the stay, but found no extras - so we laundered towels. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t ready to use and we couldn’t find any directions. Need a guest guide for various items, TVs, extra linens, where to dump trash/recycling, check-out items, etc. A minor thing but helps direct use of condo. Nice condo, great location, would stay again, just needs some added touches.

Recent stay at Kingsmill

I was pleased that the space was larger in person than I was sure of in the pictures--especially the bedroom, since there were four of us, all full grown. Everything was well maintained & clean and the kitchen was stocked better than many I've had in rentals in the past. Check in/check out was easy and communication along the booking process and for check in was excellent. The owner reached out mid-week to make sure all was going well. The only thing I wasn't sure of on arrival was what we needed to do about check out for trash and such, but the owner clarified when I asked at that mid-week check in. I might suggest including that information when providing booking confirmation/address/check in info, or somewhere in the unit, such as on the fridge. Access to local attractions was great--Busch Gardens was only about an 8-10 minute drive and Colonial Williamsburg was about 15 minutes. We didn't go to Yorktown or Jamestown on this trip, but they were very nearby also. Our dogs give the property two paws up too--plenty of places to take walks and explore many smells and bushes and trees. There were even a few bunny sightings. We would stay again.

Cute, clean, and pet friendly

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean and well decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and provided their numbers for anything we needed after hours. We appreciated being able to have our dog stay with us on our trip.

Location, Location, and Location

This one bedroom is a "gem" of a condo; located close to every main attraction in Williamsburg. The condo is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has all the needed amenities. Resort sites are all within walking distance. There's even a small play ground directly across the street and alot of grass area for our dog. The host, plus owner were very nice and helpful when called upon. Only problem was TV in the bedroom never worked. Recommend the owner provide instructions on how to operate both the Television and Cable. Otherwise "it was wonderful" and we would absolutely stay here again!!

Pleasant and easy

Truly very clean. Good location for my needs…30 mins in either direction to major sites and events. Excellent condo neighborhood with friendly residents and visitors. More of a golf neighborhood than a “resort”, but pleasant with amazing birdsong and wildlife variety abounding. The unit itself is at the top of 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, which I must have missed in the description when booking. There are no tennis courts for the complex…there are courts available for an hourly fee very close by. As another reviewer commented, the bed linens are not what one typically has at this price point, and the beds are extremely firm. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Good management who was accessible as needed. Of the pet friendly options in the area, this was a solid choice.

Fun in Williamsburg

The unit was immaculate and located on such a well maintained resort. We saw deer, groundhogs, and many types of birds. The unit was just minutes away from both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens …. a great alternative to staying at a hotel. We had everything we needed to make our own meals and reheat leftovers from fantastic local restaurants. The only thing that would make our stay more perfect would be cozier bedsheets and pillows! Thanks for a great stay in Williamsburg!

Stupendous stay!

Well appointed rental with a fully equipped kitchen. Pictures are very accurate and Kingsmill is wonderful. Would love to rent this unit again.

Kingsmill Getaway

The unit was very clean and it had all the amenities needed in the kitchen and bathroom. It was located in a nice section of Kingsmill. The Wi-Fi was not great and their was limited channels on the TV. The bed linens were not great and we had to make the beds when we arrived. I would stay again but probably bring my own linens.
