マスターベッドルームには、快適なキングベッド、フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVDプレーヤーがあります。 マスターバスにはジェットバスと独立したシャワーがあります。 浴槽に座って、美しいメキシコ湾の窓を眺めることができます。 バスルームも見事です！

Excellent 9th floor condo, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. Stayed in a lot of properties and this one tops the list. Everything you need is there and Sue was great to work with. Thanks for a great stay.

updates needed

This property is the perfect location with great views and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself needs a lot of updating. Several “small” things (i.e. multiple scratches and scuffs on walls, several lights out/just didn’t work, toilet seat in master bath worn and needs replaced) Was disappointed in the kitchen items provided after reading in the description that things were top of the line. Everything we pulled out to use (plates, bowls, silverware, cups, pans) was visibly dirty and required being washed before using. An investment in a smaller cordless sweeper would be great as there was always a lot of sand tracked in that could have been kept cleaned up better but nobody wants to drag out a large, old vacuum every day for a quick sweep. Overall felt the place was okay but seemed generic for the price we paid compared to other units we’ve previously stayed in.

Navarre Beach- Beach Colony

Our stay at the condo and beach were amazing! The condo is super nice with everything readily available. The views were definitely my favorite part, I’m sure going to miss it! We will be back!

Wonderful stay. The condo is just as it appears in the photos. Easy to communicate with the owner. Quiet, pool was awesome and of course the beach was amazing.

Family vacation 2024

Sue's place was great. We absolutely love staying at Beach Colony. Sue communicated with me the night before check in regarding the bridge closure, which was great. We loved her place so much that we're goin to stay in her penthouse next year. We cant wait.

It was okay

Our pool bands were not at the condo, and our guest bathroom shower was clogged from the moment we arrived. I feel like we needed a little more pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Would like to see a few more coffee cups and plastic Tupperware and plastic cups/bowls/plates.

Great, relaxing week!

We love Navarre and this was our first time staying at this location. The unit was clean and ready on time. Very, very spacious. The pics don't do it justice on how big it really is. Awesome balcony to relax on in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The beach set up was a HUGE plus! It was nice knowing we had a spot on the beach under an umbrella to escape the sun. The only minor complaint I would have is it seems the water pressure in the showers was pretty low. Not sure if it's the showerheads or the unit water. The owner was super responsive to communication. Overall, I would recommend this unit for a fun, relaxing family vacation!! Can't wait to come back!!

Beach colony

Pictures dont do it justice, very large and very roomy, we had 4 children and 2 adults. Easy walk to pool and beach. Nice carts made available for loading/unloading. Could use updating, but for vacation it was fine, im not living there. Could use more plastic cups kitchen things. With 3 children under 8...worried about broken glasses. Ms Sue was great, even when we got "locked" out...we lost beach time but found other activity for children while we waited approx. 45 minutes...but all in all it was good.

Excellent property, gorgeous location, and great communication.

I cannot say enough about this property. From parking to unloading to getting to condo was the easiest I have ever had while staying in a rental property. The condo itself is amazing especially the view from the balcony. It is perfect for someone traveling solo or a family. The proximity to the beach alone made the trip much more relaxing. The owner was a great help when I wanted to extend the stay to enjoy the gorgeous weekend weather. The staff on property were super nice and friendly. The building felt very safe and I wasn’t uncomfortable traveling by myself. Can’t wait til next trip to Navarre.

Spring Break Tradition

The property was beautiful with tons of room. We had one hiccup when we checked in, but it was handled immediately. We were able to relax and hangout. I would definitely stay here again.
