Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom Ferringway condominium is clean, tastefully updated and comfortable, with room for comfort and in a near downtown location.

Inside the one-level home, is a large, open living room with flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Included in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa. A bedroom and bathroom are on each level. There is a washer and dryer are inside this condo. Outside the front entry to this home, is a private and covered balcony, with outdoor furniture to provide outdoor living space. Two flights of stairs lead up to this condo.

The Ferringway shared hot tub and heated swimming pool are located a short walk away, and the pool deck has plenty of room for lounging.  Also at the pool area are multiple gas grills and outdoor dining space for fun and enjoyment without having to leave the grounds. Easy access to City Open Space hiking and mountain biking trails behind this property. Hillcrest Golf Club, Durango’s premier public golf course, is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.

A five-minute drive reaches Historic downtown Durango and the Durango Train, plus restaurants, shops and entertainment.   Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes visitors to Purgatory Resort and the high San Juan Mountains.  Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West.  The Fort Lewis College campus is a 3-minute drive away.

Whether visiting Durango for skiing, summer Rocky Mountain adventures, attending a wedding, graduation at Fort Lewis College, riding the Durango Train or visiting Mesa Verde National Park, playing golf, hiking and mountain biking on local trails, this Durango near downtown condominium is a great choice to stay in a spacious, comfortable, and cozy vacation rental home.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
