Enjoy 8 miles of water front views from the spacious balcony of this 11th floor unit.

This three bedroom unit features 2 king-size beds while the 3rd room has a lofted queen and pull-out sleeper sofa, making it a great space to enjoy video games or just hanging out by day, and it converts to sleep 4 at night. All three bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs with DishTV. The remote worker will never lose sight of the beach while getting work done at either of the two desks.

The master bathroom boasts a large whirlpool tub, a separate shower, dual sinks, and a large closet. The second bathroom contains a large walk-in shower with handrails.

Enjoy the amazing views from inside the comfy living and dining areas, then close the curtains, turn on the mood lighting, and bring down the 120" theater screen to watch BluRay/DVD movies or your favorite tv shows on DishTV and FireTV. Or have a family game night enjoying a great selection of tabletop or card games that are mostly beach or ocean-themed, like Caribbean (2004) or Port Royal (2014). We also have several great puzzles to build too.

Cooking is a joy in the spacious fully-stocked kitchen featuring new quartz countertops and double oven with cooktop. Clean-up is a breeze in the new extra-large sink and double-drawer dishwasher. The kitchen should include pots (small and large), pans, baking sheets, muffin tin, KitchenAid mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, electric skillet, waffle maker, and all the usual kitchen hand tools.

Enjoy a large selection of beach and pool toys, including beach chairs, mat, and umbrella in the toy closet.

The SeaChase Resort amenities include five swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor), a kiddie pool, four whirlpool spas (both indoor and outdoor), splash pad, communal grilling area, fitness room, tennis/pickle ball court, and gated beach access. Property and parking lot are patrolled by 24 hour security.

Bedding and towels provided, washed at high temperatures. You’ll also have a startup supply of bath soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

The perfect condo with the most amazing views. Everything that is listed and shown is exactly how it is when you arrive. Some tips / important things to know:-The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, pots, pants, utensils and even some spices (except salt and pepper) you will need.-1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper is supplied, so pick up some extra.-There aren’t dressers in the rooms, there are a couple drawers in a table. -The closets are huge and have some hangers provided.-Very safe, secure and quiet area. -There is a closet full of beach accessories. -Daily housekeeping is not provided so you do have to do laundry (which is inside the suite) to keep up your towels / washcloths. -Owner is very friendly with quick response times if you have questions. -Go check into the room first before going to Walmart (located directly across the road) -This goes for any property you select, do a quick glance over of the room to make sure everything is in order / working so you can notify owner for documentation immediately. I promise you, you WILL NOT be disappointed in this property. We’ve been here almost 2 weeks and hated to leave.

Great place to stay! The view was amazing. We watched dolphins swim in the ocean from the room. It had all the amenities we needed. Close to everything. Owner sent all the info early. It was easy to check in/out.The only thing that was difficult was the company who cleans the place. A family of 6 needs more that two small rolls of toilet paper, maybe an extra garbage bag would have been nice and more than one towel per person.

We loved staying here. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked for cooking. I really love the projector screen. Watching movies was great BUT it allows for the furniture to face the water. Watching the sun come up with your coffee was nice on the cold mornings. The owner was very communitive and informative. Overall amazing place.

Had a wonderful view and the kitchen was great. The beds were very comfortable! The only problem was the furniture in the living room was not comfortable and the floors needed cleaned. Overall a really nice place to stay.

Amazing views of the beach! Went on for miles, and we really enjoyed being up so high. Host let us check in early which was so kind. Kids loved the hangout room with tv/and old school Wii. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit was nicely furnished, and right across from Walmart which was very convenient. Bring your pickleball paddles! There is a great court on top of the parking deck. Went in early September and weather was beautiful! The many pools at the complex aren’t heated, and we didn’t use as they were too cold. Had some issues getting the projector up and going, took us a day or so to figure it out which was disappointing. Wasn’t blue mood lighting in living room, and we were disappointed in that as well since it looked cooler in pics than in person. Only way to contact host was through Vrbo, and no local staff. This was new for us as we always have gone through a local rental agency. Not necessarily an huge issue, but was different when it came to communication. We did read after that other reviewers mentioned that as a con. Unit had a pretty musty smell when we walked in, opened up the doors to air it out, never completely went away. No barstools at the bar either, which was strange as the kitchen was open and had a huge bar you couldn’t sit at which would have been nice while cooking or snacking. We stay at least once/twice a year in a beach rental, and did feel like it was a bit overpriced for the number of cons. But again, the view was INSANELY beautiful !!

The condo was amazing. The views are incredible. The kitchen was well stocked and also had great views. The beach access is very easy to manage and very close to the building. My only complaint at all is that we had to leave!

My second year in a row staying here. We love the unit love the views beach is great. Location is wonderful you can walk just about anywhere you want to go. Host was amazing again just like last year arrived early both times and we were given access to the unit before check in. Pools were nice and clean enjoyed everything they had to offer. Will book again for 2026.

Great view, big wraparound balcony

What sold us on trying this property was the wonderful view and a spacious balcony. It didn't disappoint. The setup and layout was very good for us with 3 adults and three kids. But we had a couple of bumps - the upholstered furniture and rugs need a seriously good cleaning and the projection entertainment system never worked properly during our stay despite the efforts of the property manager.

Beautiful property and view, fantastic host

We stayed here for a week with our four kids in July 2025. It was outstanding! The check-in process was incredibly smooth, the host provided detailed information on everything from policies and processes to electronics, the kitchen, and everything in between. There are a few very minor hiccups related to the electronics. Not only did the host work to resolve them immediately, she even compensated us for the trouble. We were very impressed by her responsiveness and kindness.And the view… Oh my goodness the view. I don’t think you could get a better location.We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent family friendly condo!

Perfect location! For one of the busiest weeks/weekends of the summer, this complex was not overly crowded! Always available pool chairs or room to spread out on the beach! No long lines for the elevator and a prime location to watch the fireworks directly from the balcony. We’ve been coming to orange beach for many years but this was our first time staying at Sea Chase and will be back. Condo was equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation. We went given any extra sheets for the sofa sleeper but contacted the cleaning crew and they were quick to respond and bring by the needed items. Owner provided excellent details about the until and complex and was very quick to respond with any questions. Sincerely. Family of 4 from Tennessee

Family Vacation

Trip was a last minute planned family vacation and it was made seamless by Jennifer. The condo was well equipped and well taken care of, my kids especially loved the projector screen at nights after a fun day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach

The property was very lovely with stunning views of the ocean and beach—no complaints there. We were lucky to be allowed an early check-in, but unfortunately, the code wasn’t updated, and we ended up sitting in the hallway for almost an hour before finally hearing back from Jennifer. The listing says it sleeps up to eight people, but the hot water ran cold after just two showers, which was frustrating. Also, this was the first rental I’ve stayed in that didn’t provide direct contact info for the management team—only communication through the VRBO website, which felt a bit limiting.Again, I’ve stayed at other beach resort condos for a much lower price that offered a few more perks—like beach towels and non-rusty beach chairs. Just things to consider if you’re flying in from out of town and planning to stay here.That said, we still had a great stay, mostly thanks to the company of family, good weather, and a few adult beverages. While there’s nothing wrong with the place, for the steep price tag (compare to other similar properties) I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Grandbabies first trip to the beach

We enjoyed the stay very much. It was great for the babies first trip. The condo was great. The location was great. We did have issues working the tvs and tv projector but that wasn’t a big deal to us. Highly recommend.
