Includes 3 queen bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, 2 twin beds in downstairs room, & a large sectional couch in the living room. Perfect for families, friends, & business professionals to come enjoy their time in paradise. This home provides the perfect San Diego getaway! Enjoy our 3rd story rooftop deck or hangout on the ground floor patio with an outdoor fire pit. Walking distance to the ocean, shops & restaurants.

Located in the heart of La Jolla with close proximity to local beaches including Whispering sands, La Jolla Cove, Windansea, Marine St. Nearby freeway access is a short 10-15min drive (5 north/south & 52 West). Walk to beaches, grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants (El Pescador, The Taco Stand, Sammy's Wood fired pizza, etc.) Also, this home is about a 15-20 minutes drive to the airport, Torrey Pines, Downtown San Diego, the Zoo, and Seaworld !

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Soooo much space and so many areas…the rooftop, the backyard, the front table. Great for a big group. Also very nice that the 3 bedrooms upstairs all have bathrooms attached. Great price, too. Garage was awesome.! The only thing that was off…we arrived at 4pm and the doors were all open and the cleaning crew was still there. Their supplies were on the porch and we felt awkward going in. This was an inconvenience because we felt we needed to leave and come back later, which we did. Had groceries with us that were perishable and needed to be in the fridge. But once we got in later around 5:15 it was ok. Just a rocky start.

The water flow of kitchen sink was too weak.Shower head for the room right after gone Upstairs looks broken in the back of it, rustic dusts were falling. Otherwise the stays were great.

Perfect Stay!

This is a beautiful home, incredibly clean, and such an amazing place for our family vacation. The house is perfectly located for daily walks to the beach to see sunrise and sunsets, and with so many great restaurants and shopping. We cant wait to come back!

Amazing House and Perfect Location

Loved our stay at this house! This is our second time here and can’t wait to come back. Perfect location for walking to beach, La Jolla Villlage and so many great restaurants. Love the house and the neighborhood. Just a perfect stay for our group!

Location was great so many places to walk for great food and coffee. Place is spacious and fit four adults easily. The host Nick, was very communicative. What could use improvement is the outdoor grill is on its last leg. Only two burners are working and the knobs don’t operate properly. The outdoor light next to the grill also needs to be fixed. We had planned to cook outside dinners and managed, but it wasn’t easy based on the grill conditions. The two twin beds in the bottom bedroom should be replaced as they were not comfortable to sleep in. Lastly, the remotes need to be checked as upstairs TV - one of them did not work properly. With these improvements , I recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Family Christmas trip

Perfect house for a group

We were in town for our son’s wedding. This house was in the perfect location to the venue, restaurants, beach and it was very walkable to everything. The house was clean, quiet neighborhood, it had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 couples. We would definitely rent this house again. Nick was a great host.

A memorable week...

A week with family is always special, but it is even better in a beautiful and welcoming setting with lovely accommodations. The home has every convenience one could ask for...beautiful bathrooms, private rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a stunning rooftop space with a view of the ocean and sunsets. Our host was friendly and available for questions and information...much appreciated. We loved the location...so convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants...a great place to make memories!

Nice Home & Location - Need to fix ant issue in multiple rooms

Nice house layout with a lovely patio and rooftop with a central location. Several folks in our group had issues with ants around luggage/clothes, beds in addition to the kitchen.

Beautiful home with super management

The house is in a great location (amazing tacos, breakfast, healthy takeout and fresh fish restaurants right around the corner). It was just what we needed after a family wedding and all associated events. Nick was very responsive to any request. My mom (who is going through some medical treatments) loved the place. She did struggle with the steps (not a great space if you use a wheelchair or struggle with stairs due to no shower on the main floor). Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

Our time in La Jolla couldn't have been any better. The home was beautiful, with every possible accommodation. Nick was a wonderful host. Our family enjoyed our time either hanging out at the house, grilling and relaxing on the patio, or taking a walk to the cove. The neighborhood is very walkable, everything you need is just a few minutes away. Wish we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely look to stay again, hopefully soon. Thank you so much.

Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Views of the ocean and San Diego sunsets from the rooftop deck were spectacular. Grocery store was a quick 2 minute drive or (slightly sketchy at 7 pm) 7 minute walk away. Breakfast Republic around the corner was outstanding. Garage parking was very convenient. We had excellent access to major roads to get to La Jolla, UCSD, PB, Mission Bay, downtown. Beach gear was good to have. Great access to major beaches too. Overall, a great place. I would recommend it

Perfect House & Location

I've stayed at a number of VRBO's throughout the US and I have to say, this was one of my favorites. The owner responded immediately when asked questions which is much appreciated. The location in La Jolla is walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops and the beach. I was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen appliances and functionality. Very well decorated, comfortable and inviting. Also having a garage to park in is a plus. I'm fairly local, but the 3 others that traveled all asked for the link so they could return with their families. Great place......
