Mint 2 BR/2BA Condo above Town of Vail Bus Stop

Conveniently located next to the Vail Run bus stop, our property was recently 'gut' renovated on the interior and a complete exterior renovation of the building was completed in the fall of 2018, including new siding, windows, doors and catwalks.

It offers the latest amenities in a modern mountain style, with close proximity to Vail Village. We're a 5 minute bus ride to the Village or a 15 minute walk to the Lionshead lifts via the pedestrian bridge.

Our 2BR/2BA condo sleeps 5 adults comfortably (2 queen beds, twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa). Unit is equipped with W/D, cable TV, wifi, gas fireplace, Sonos speakers and plenty of ski/clothing storage. Tastefully furnished to reflect a modern style consistent with its mountain setting. Our home is also family friendly with a crib, pack-n-play and a double BOB stroller available for guests.

The Vail Run bus stop is steps from our unit and offers 2-stop access (5 min) to Vail Village via the Lion's Ridge Loop or Sandstone bus routes.

Prefer to walk? We're a 15 minute walk to Lionshead Village via the I-70 pedestrian bridge.

There is ongoing construction in the pool and hot tub area as the Association completes some necessary improvements.

Parking Notice:
Due to construction staging in a section of the building’s surface parking lot, parking availability is limited during the 25-26 ski season. The unit includes one parking pass, but does not have a dedicated parking space during the construction. Guests are encouraged to utilize Vail's free bus system during their stay which can be accessed through the Vail Run bus stop across the street.

Great Vail Ski Trip

This was a great place to stay for a week of skiing. Perfect for two couples. Very comfortable condo. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook most evenings. Conveniently located right next to the shuttle bus to Vail Village. Nice to end the day in the hot tub. Kevin was quick to respond and accommodated our request for an early check-in. We highly recommend it.

Vail condo

Nice place. Pretty convenient. I did not realize it was across the highway from Lionshead (hence only 4 stars for location), just about a .6 mile walk to get there, and there is a shuttle stop right next to the condo, so not a big issue. Very clean, modern, well kept. Everything as advertised.

Accurate Description & Convenient Location

The unit was clean and check-in was easy. The host was very communicative which provided helpful when we accidentally took one of the parking passes with us and had to mail it back. The location is great, as good as you can get without staying directly in the village. Right across from the bus stop and a quick 10 minute drop off to the slopes. Thank you Kevin for the great accommodations! We hope to come back in the future.

Perfect Vail ski trip

Kevin and Mollie were great hosts and the condo was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed, shampoo, towels, even a 12 pack leftover from the prior guests probably. 1 minute walk to the ski shuttle. Highly recommend!

Awesome ski condo just minutes from Vail

We had a great stay at Kevin and Mollie’s condo. The home was clean, well stocked, and very nicely furnished throughout. It is evident they have considered the tiny details like making sure sheets and towels are soft, keeping showers stocked, and providing comfortable mattresses. Outside of the condo a few details we really liked: (1)They are located right next to the Vail run bus stop which is just about a 5-10 minute ride into Vail Village. The shuttle service is super easy to navigate and free to ride. (2) There are two hot tubs on site which are fantastic for a little post ski recovery. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit Vail.

Great location for ski getaway

Group of adults stayed to ski at Vail and Beavercreek. Quick bus ride to Vail village or 15 min walk to Lionshead over i70 bridge. Kitchen fully equipped to make meals. Used community hot tub and in unit dryer daily. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Great rental condo for Vail ski trip

The unit was great. Spacious and comfortable. Plus the kitchen was very well stocked. The bus to Main Vail village was right across the street and took around 10 min so easy to get to the slopes. It's basically right across the highway from Vail village and Lionshead. Plus two hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool on site. Highly recommend this place for a ski trip to Vail.

Awesome place to stay during holidays

This place was perfect for our family of five, including 15, 18 and 20 yo children. Access to busline just across the street from the place was so convenient. Grocery store is a five minute drive. Hope to come back again soon.

Great Spot!

This was a fantastic property. Bigger and nicer than it looks in the pictures, bus stop was down 1 flight of stairs and across the street, hot tubs were never crowded, and a very cozy place to stay. Only issue we had was that the wifi password didn't work for us. Would definitely stay here again if I come back.

Perfect place to stay

This condo is in a perfect location. Very easy to get to the Vail Village on public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants in Lionshead Village. The unit is very clean, spacious for a 2 bedroom, and has everything you need. The hosts are were very helpful from the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. Totally recommend it!

Amazing family friendly condo in central vail

We stayed at this condo for a month in mid July and August, as a family of four. Any say enough positive things about the condo. It’s ultra modern and comfort table, and the pool and hot tub on the property are full of families during the summer. It’s almost exactly a half mile walk to vail city center and .7 miles to the gondola. The property was also extremely Covid friendly as the entrance is outside and private, and the pool and hot tub were not crowded at all. We would stay again during the summer or winter !

Convenient Condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Just enough room for a family of 4 or 5. It’s been nicely redone and is super convenient to the slopes at Vail. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to switch out the couch to something you can actually sit on comfortably. They couch there is small and extremely uncomfortable. When you come back from a hard day of skiing you want a couch that you can sink into.

Vail Vacaion

The property is modern and warm. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms excellent and the fireplace and seating are great for small groups. Dining table is great for eating and playing cards and board games. Kitchen is updated and wonderful.

Great condo 10 minutes to the slopes by bus

Very nice condo unit with 2 BR and 2 Bathrooms, new kitchen, dining area with comfortable seating for 6 and LR with TV to hang out after dinner. Bedrooms are nice and private with their own bathrooms. The owner is very responsive and attentive to details. We highly recommend this unit.

Great condo - convenient bus access to central vail and ski area. Little pizza shop/bar across the street which was great for watching football. Our kids enjoyed the snow and had a great time.

Great Week At Vail

My family of 4 just returned from a week at Vail staying at Sean's Breakaway West condo. The condo was everything you could want. Recently renovated and in practically brand new condition. Kitchen was well equipped and the bus stop is literally across the street. We rode the bus every day, super easy and convenient. Sean was very easy to work with and a quick responder. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our family just got back from a week in Vail, CO. We stayed at Sean's condo in Breakaway West. The condo was recently renovated and was in great shape. It had all of the amenities you could need for a ski vacation. Sean, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Breakaway West is an easy walk from the Lionshead bridge. My kids never wanted to walk to the slopes because it's uphill, but we walked back almost every day. The bus ride is super easy too if you're going to Lionshead. The first stop from the condo is at the Lionshead bridge, get off there and you're at the Lionshead gondola in 5 minutes. I highly recommend Sean's property, and we'll be going back the next time we go to Vail.

This condo is totally re-done and completely new. Very comfortable with high-end finishes and an excellent location. Short walk to Lionshead and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants in West Vail. Nice pool and hot tubs. Owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. Great property with top-notch amenities, very clean, in new condition, with an excellent location. Five stars!
