Accommodation: Residence LES JARDINS DE NEPTUNE - secured with a collective swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09 (subject to modifications), a children's playground (park, table tennis, basketball court...) you will discover this holiday house for 4 people.House of 38 m2 with terrace equipped with a garden furniture with awning and electric barbecue.The accommodation on 2 levels consists of: In the DRC: A bedroom with a bed in 140, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic glass hob - fridge / freezer - dishwasher - microwave..., a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. NEW 2026 : Washing machine At L'ETAGE: a bedroom with 2 single beds in 90, TV and storage closet.Only the DRC has air conditioning - Fan upstairs.The rental has Wifi (Netflix and Canal + access)Parking will be on the street (parking places in the 2 streets next to the residence. )Multiple activities at the door of the residence - Discovery of the Port and its activities - Beach - Shopping - Sports activities ..Beautiful vacation on the horizon! Optional extra services: linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and to collect it at the key-collection (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with large and small towel: 8.00 €).This rental accepts animals - A surcharge of 30 € per pet/stay will be required.You will be asked to regularize the security deposit of your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.We are approved Holiday Cheques.Information on the risks to which this property is exposed is available on the site Géorisques " www.georisques.gouv.fr"
