Our 2,500 sq. ft. log home sits on 2.5 acres with incredible views in every direction—just 4 miles from downtown Ouray, 6 miles to Ridgway, and 55 miles to Telluride. Surrounded by the breathtaking peaks of the San Juan Mountains, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is the perfect base for year-round adventures.
Inside, enjoy a farmhouse-style design with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and large flat-screen TV in the living room. Step outside to the deck with a gas grill and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing, or take in sunrises and sunsets from the fabulous upper deck off the primary suite. Warm, inviting, and spacious—this home is ideal for families and friends alike.

• Guests are welcome to park up to three regular sized vehicles in the driveway, please don't park in front of the garages; there is a groundskeeper that lives in an apartment on the west end of the garage. He takes care of the lawn and snow removal only.
• Dog friendly (max 2 dogs) – $40/day, $250 max fee
• Due to the cool mountain climate and similar to most properties in the area, this home does not have air conditioning
• This home is listed for sale and may request showings.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
