Located in the popular beachfront development - Cosmo Residences - this three bedroom two bathroom condo offers resort style amenities with the space and comfort of a private home! Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, Cosmo 8A1 features a modern open-concept design complete with a large partial ocean view terrace, perfect for entertaining. The development offers 24/7 security, an onsite fitness facility, multiple pools, and a fantastic ocean-side restaurant.

Enjoy direct beach access to Playa Arrocito where you can relax in the sun or venture into the water for some snorkeling.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for spring break with our three kids ages 5/8/11. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great stay with family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely condo that was very comfortable for our family. The beds were very comfy and it was nice to have so much space. The air conditioning kept a place nice and cool. We were very pleased with the Arrocito beach that was just a few minute walk from the room. The water was nice and clear and very suitable for snorkeling and for little kids to play safely. We saw lots of fish and the kids enjoyed playing around the rocks and seeing all the crabs. The place is a bit remote in the fact that if you need any food or drinks, you do have to make a drive into town to get anything, unless you want to eat at the restaurant at the Beach there. There was lots of construction going on that we could hear quite early in the morning but we were aware of this also. It’s a nice jungle view from the room and has a pool just outside the condo room.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cosmo residence apartment is spacious with lots of lovely landscape. Easy access to two different pools - one of them an infinity pool with an ocean view. It is walking distance to a quiet simple beach but there is a somewhat steep path/stairs so difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There is a small convenience store in walking distance but you have to drive or order delivery for food. We took advantage of the site's panty stocking serve so we could cook on arrival too. It was easy to get cabs or hired drivers to get to shopping, other beaches and tourist sites. The space was clean and comfortable. The property management staff were helpful and pleasant onsite and before we arrived.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at the Cosmo Residence was absolutely perfect. Our condo representative, Lili, was awesome. She answered every question we had, and was attentive to any need. The actual condo & location was superb. Private access to the best public beach in Huatulco was icing on the cake.

Great property, beautiful accommodations, good times

The unit is nicely setup with basically anything you’ll need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, lots of pillows, etc. New, clean, and comfy. And huge. Plenty of room.Not quite a true ocean view (you can see a small slice of the water from the giant patio area) but the garden area below with a wide variety of local birds will make up for it. The unit is on the first floor of units but the parking garage is on the ground floor, so it’s technically the 2nd floor. However, the elevator and stairs are very conveniently located so we had no issues even with my son in his chair. The beach (Arrocito) is very easily accessible (even with our son’s full sized stroller) and very nice. The water was a little rough but locals assured us this was not the norm. The property has great pools including our fave, the Peninsula Pool with great views of waves hitting the shore below (see pics).

The property is ground floor and easy to access all the pools. The wifi was very spotty and had to reset router everyday. The hot water was also much of the same. Hot shower for 2 mins and cold for the rest. Other than that, our stay was great.

Amazing stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property ia super well maintained, clean and bigger than what is seems in the photos. We were two families with kids and the apartment was great for us. There are 3 pools to enjoy, one at your doorstep, anothe 2 infinity pools with amazing views just 5min wlkimg distance. The walk to the beach is very comfortable, easy to go with a stroller too. We enjoyed amazing food at the beach and ate there every day for lunch. For dinner there is a gas bbq located juat outside the apartment so very convenient. I super recommend Cosmo Residence for your holidays. I recommend spending a day with a speed boat visiting different Huatulco bays as beaches are amazing and we got to see many dolphins and turtles and flying stingrays.One improvement to the property is to put blinds or blackout curtains to the 2 bedrooms as there is none and light pores in. Thats very unconfortable. Also the double bed would be great to make it queen as it is a little tight for 2 adults.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 1st trip to Huatulco and we had a great time with this rental; there were only a few items of concern:1. The water in the master bathroom never got hot; only warm. For hot showers we had to use the guest bathroom.2. Our guests found the bed in the 1st guest bedroom (the one with the double bed) to be too small. This sentiment has already been shared in other reviews. We would request that the be be replaced with a queen size, that will easily fit in the space.3. The blinds are not privacy blinds and you can easily see into the rooms from the outside when it is dark outside, but light in the room. We would request curtains be provided to ensure full privacy.The management company and the onsite contact were phenomenal and would respond quickly to any of our calls/texts.

Love Huatulco & Cosmo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck, 25’ x 9’ looks out on a lovely palm and flower garden. There is not much, if any, view of the bay. The deck furniture is sparse and very uncomfortable. The deck could use an umbrella for shade through the day along with a couple of (lounge) chairs. I mentioned the lack of an umbrella and My Huatulco Vacations provided one the next day. the living/dining area is nicely furnished. 2 arm chairs and sofa in front of the entertainment centre. The TV is not connected to satellite but is set up for streaming. There is a glass dining table with 6 chairs. kitchen area is reasonably equipped but could use a few more regularly used items, like a water kettle along with some glass bowls. fridge has water and ice but the recommendation is to use bottled water. master bedroom has a lovely king bed with good linens, etc., a large walk-in closet and big bathroom with a large shower. Lots of hot water. There is a TV, again set up for streaming. Air conditioning works great. second bedroom is smaller with a double bed, not a queen. good size closet. window looks out toward the road. window blind is a sun shade which at night with the interior lights on, someone outside can look in. the outside lights are seen through the sunshade all night. Not much traffic noise at all. Wall mounted A/C that work great. 3rd bedroom has a bunk style bed with a single on top and a double on the bottom. window blind is a sun shade so the outside lights Light up the room. wall mount A/C.
