This home's urban concept shares the exterior entrance path with the other adjacent home while taking advantage of the wonderful low-traffic area of this cul-de-sac location. Please note: The adjacent home is a private residence not being rented.

The main interior entrance leads into the main level's open concept layout. The many windows create a bright and tropical setting where you can enjoy the shared lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The locally crafted wood detailing throughout this level adds a touch of Huatulco's natural beauty to the space. For the days when you feel like enjoying some beach time, it is a 4 minute taxi ride to Chahue Beach or a 20-25 minute walk. This home includes a portable beach kit with everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun!

• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
