Little overpriced

Considering the rate we paid, we rather expected the place to be spotless. It was clean-ish. The beds were fresh, the towels were clean but the shower, floors, walls, and coffee maker could use some tlc. Both toilets upstairs didn't flush properly. I've stayed in VRBO properties before where the kitchen was stocked with basics like cooking spray and spices..maybe consider adding that. But, all we really wanted was a clean bed with laundry facilities in a safe neighborhood and we got that. So 2 thumbs up. PS..HUGE spider living on the outside of the kitchen window. Eek!!!

It as advertised

Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have yet to have a good experience coming to a city location like this. Get a hotel. It’s worth the extra.

NO HEAT AND 12 DEGREES

We checked in on the Friday before Christmas and the heater didn't work. We reached out to the Host and they responded an hour or so later. They were unaware that it was a terrible storm with multiple blackouts throughout the city. They were trying to get us to do different things with the unit, such as send them a picture of the temperature at 59 degrees. They finally said they would send someone from their team tomorrow as everyone has gone home. They would not give us a time. We had to go out and find four space heaters from three stores in the last minute Christmas shopping rush. This cost us over 250.00. So one of us stayed home most of the day waiting for a call, they never responded until we contacted VRBO the third day, we then asked for 200.00 credit. The heat never came on our entire stay. Also, the front and rear outside lights did not work. This is a security issue, there was hair in the downstairs sink and it was not cleaned properly. We paid 100.00 for cleaning and they asked us to complete cleaning details, we were less than pleased with the whole ordeal. We were greatly disappointed in their lack of integrity in making sure that we were safe in healthy in their property.

Cute property. Everything was there that we needed. Easy to get to the location. Very clean and cozy. I highly recommend.

The pictures were very accurate and the property was very clean. The owners were also very kind and easy to communicate with.

Super cozy & close to the concert venue we attended!

This townhouse was great! Only about 15 minutes to Gas South Arena, which we were in town for a concert. It was pretty clean and super easy to access. The orange door helped us find which one it was 😊 Super quiet inside, just a little interstate noise outside!

Nice property, newly remodeled, quite neighborhood..

The townhome is nice, clean, and comfortable. We were only there for two nights, as we spent the daytime hours out and about. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to my niece's apartment. The only disappointment is that there were no tv's in the bedrooms.
