Welcome to your private basement retreat, designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. With 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a media room, and a sitting room with coffee bar and fridge, this space is perfect for families, friends, or groups attending the World Cup. Relax in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas, ideal for morning coffee or evening unwind.



Thoughtfully laid out, this space provides privacy while still offering easy communication with the hosts upstairs if needed. Perfect for those who want both convenience and a homey atmosphere.

The home (basement) was pet-friendly, and the outdoor area was fenced in with a large running area. We were comfortable, and the location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The host was responsive and willing to accommodate us with a later check-out since no one was checking in after us.

Accommodations were fine. One suggestion would be to either offer basic cable on the television or at least offer an option for a short term subscription by the current guests.

Short stay

My stay was cut short because of family issues, however the property was perfect for what I needed. It's very clean, in a nice quite neighborhood. The location is fantastic! Close to shopping, restaurant's and event venues. This is a hidden gem right in the middle of everything.

Clean and comfortable

Basement fully finished. Clean and comfortable den and two bedrooms. Owners upstairs pretty quiet (normal for an apt type set up). Off street parking. No kitchen, but microwave and Keurig. Smallish but adequate fridge/freezer.

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful experience. The home was extremely clean. The host kept us well informed. Close to restaurants and stores. We were there to fish, house was about 20 minutes to the lake.Boat parking a little tricky but doable. We will definitely be back . Thanks

Clean and well stocked basement apartment. Fenced yard is perfect for your pets. Close to many amenities. Go to First Watch for breakfast.

Wonderful home and location!

My wife and I stayed at this home and felt quite comfortable. It took a while to acclimate the temperature but enjoyed our entire stay. Jason was very helpful and it was located very closely to a great deal of attractions and food. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again.

Nice Property

If you are looking for clean, look no further. This property is immaculate. It is certainly best suited as simply a nice place to sleep and shower. Oh, by the way, the shower pumps out PLENTY of hot water! Very nice shower. Make sure you notice in the description that there is no kitchen.

Comfortable accommodations in nice, quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very quiet and the neighborhood was pretty and peaceful. Our host recommended a wonderful breakfast/lunch place that was just a 5 minute drive, so it became part of our daily routine. Plenty of room to spread out or come together, including a nice outdoor sitting area. The host was very responsive. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Excellent property!

There was nothing that we did not enjoy about our stay! Everything was as promised. Very pet friendly, plenty of room to enjoy ourselves, lots of options for dining out (highly recommend Saint Lucia Brazilian Steakhouse) and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Was as depicted in the listing. Nice, very safe and quiet neighborhood. House was clean. The keurig was great. My son was excited they had hot chocolate and marshmallows, too. Would stay again. Bring a sponge and dishwashing solution, that's the only thing I needed. Fridge looks full sized in the picture but it isn't.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment we rented in Buford was cute and cozy. Beautifully decorated and loved that the rooms were dark for great sleeping. (Which was much needed) Only thing wished was that it had a kitchen sink for cleaning the silverware and coffee cups.
