Amazing Views from this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with oversized corner balcony. Enjoy Bay and Baytowne Village views from the balcony and your living room! Fully renovated and recently updated for a coastal chic feel. Only a 2-3 minute walk to the Baytowne Conference Center & Hotel Effie.

*Oversized balcony with plenty of outdoor seating that extends the living area
*Fully equipped kitchen with dining (6) and bar seating (4)
*Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and bathroom with Tub/Shower combo, 48" TV

The Village of Baytowne Wharf features a collection of boutique shops, eateries, grand nightlife -- also a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and special events for the entire family. At Observation Point North, you are right in the center of all the Village action. The 3rd floor amenity deck is a short walk from the condo with a resort pool and hot tub. Do not stay here

From the minute we walked into the condo it smelled of mildew. So much so that by the end of our 5 day stay, our clothes smelled of it too. On day 3 of our stay, we woke up to a major puddle of water on the kitchen floor. We called maintenance immediately that something was leaking. They came hours later and we were told they could not find a leak. The leaking only got worst and water continued to spread in the condo. We had all of our bath towels on the ground to keep the water from going everywhere. Incredibly disappointed with our stay. Do not stay here, it was a nightmare.

Not clean and no amenities

The property was not clean. They couch, chairs and outdoor furniture has stains all over them. It smells bad. Half of the lights in condo don’t work and most of plugs don’t work. Fan in bedroom squeaks and keeps you up, fan in living room don’t work. I’ve maker don’t work, dishwasher makes a terrible sound. The only start up they give you is 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag.

Beautiful Condo

Our condo was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay at this specific location. I will say that The beds were hard and somewhat uncomfortable. Also you will need to bring enough toilet paper and paper towels for the week.

Clean and nice

This condo is very nice and in a really good area close to everything. however, the beds are very uncomfortable and the patio furniture really needs to be updated. overall, it is a very nice place to stay just come prepared with mattress toppers because the beds are horrible.

Baytowne Wharf May 2023

Beautiful views and location with large outdoor patio space. Nice proximity to the beach and to the shops and restaurants in Baytowne Wharf. The condo was in good updated condition but could’ve used a deep clean. The outer shower curtain in the main was stained and dirty. The ice maker did not work (we did not call maintenance to fix it) and the mattress in the main bedroom was really uncomfortable.
