Riverfront custom built cabin offering the best of the Unique Ozarks

When we say riverside, we literally mean RIGHT ON THE RIVER. Custom built private cabin. Cabin offers a full kitchen, gas log fireplace, a large covered deck over looking the James River (right below) with furniture, one bedroom with king bed, loft with 2 full sized futons. Bathroom features a large shower with multiple shower heads. The cabin is a perfect get away for 2, yet will comfortably sleep a famly of 4. Plenty entertainment close by, food delivery right to the door, steps away from complete seclusion. We're also very family friendly as kids will LOVE the outdoors, hiking and river right outside the door, plus bass pro and the aquarium is a 10 minute drive right up Campbell avenue!

Fantastic location, beautiful new cabin. Loved the deck. However, loads of poison ivy and overgrown grass and weeds around the cabin prevented us from enjoying the walking path or river access.

Anniversary Getaway

This space was PERFECT for my husband and I. The cabin has a loft area with 2 futons, so a small family could easily stay here as well. There is a full use kitchen to be able to make your own meals, although we didn't partake in that. We would, and probably will, absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Location worked well for our trip. Very clean cabin. Loved the porch and rocking chairs. Enjoyed the walking path next to the creek. Kitchen supplied everything that we needed. Comfy bed and pillows. The shower is spacious, two shower heads plus a handheld and lots of hot water. Owner added 2 chairs on the main level (not on the pictures) which is a plus. Lots of restaurants and breweries within 10-15 minute drive. We visited the Wilson Creek Civil War National Park, includes museum, movie and battle sites. Spent about 6 hours at park. Easy drive to Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson which was an fantastic show! Thanks for the hospitality!

Getaway cabin on James River

Overall impression - excellent. The location was between Springfield and Nixa. The cabin will sleep 8 people, but it would be tight. Didn't think there were enough kitchen plates, bowls, silverware, etc. if there were going to be 8 people staying. The front deck looking over the river was large and had a hammock, 2 rockers and a patio table with chairs. It was very nice. Spent a lot of time on the deck. There was also a nice walking path between the cabin and the river! Had a great time!

Great place!!

I loved it here!!! The best part is the walking path to river...wow! My 2 year old did great! Thank you for allowing us to stay and being so accommodating! I highly highly recommend staying here!!!!

Quick Trip

The cabin was so precious and easy to access. Would be a great place to stay and chill. We only got to visit for a couple days. We wish we had to explore the caves located around the location.

We loved our stay! Tracy was wonderful and communicated well ! The place was gorgeous and the pictures do not do this place justice! It was so relaxing , very clean and amazing on the inside and the deck out front! Just what we needed !

Stay was perfect!

The property is amazing! It was fun going hiking! We really enjoyed the caves!!! And being able to listen to the running water while sitting on the deck was perfect!

Christmas Getaway

We had a great time staying here this weekend. The property is located right between Springfield and Nixa. Tracy was awesome to communicate with. We have a family of 6 and the cabin fit us perfectly. Exploring the property was one of the best parts of the trip. Finding caves and messing around by the river made for an awesome Christmas Day! We’ll be looking to stay here again next time we decide to head this direction.

Hello there! We own/manage a Riverside Event venue with incrdible riverfront property below the venue. We considered building our house but decided the property was too incrdible not to share! So we decided to build unique stays including luxery cabins, treehouses and a cavehouse to show our clients a taste of the Ozarks yet supe conveniently located close to tourist attractions, dining, bars and more!

Fishing, hiking, exploring nature just sterps from the door, Our best advice? Order food. Delivery services will deliver directly to the deck...and you won't get dinner with THIS view anywhere esle in the area!

We also offer treehouses set 25ft in the air. Both Treehouses are King Suites, one with 2 bunk beds and a king bed, both with unique "outside showers". The Treehouses are only accessible via a boardwalk through the woods. Coming in 2023, a unique CAVEHOUSE!
