This was just the cutest place! We loved the country setting and was able to take in the hot tub and use the fire pit. The home was nice and clean with everything we needed for our stay. I have to say that this was the best vrbo we have stayed in yet. We will definitely reach out to the property owner for our next visit to Springfield!!

Cute fully stocked private home with hot tub. Everything we were hoping for. Fun decor with attention to detail at every turn. We can not wait to book again! Host was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.

Another perfect getaway!

This was our second time staying at the “Kitschy Kottage”. We absolutely love it! Clean, cute and comfortable! I especially love being able to relax in the huge yard by the fire pit and swing.

Cute, comfy, Cottage

We had a great stay! We had a maintenance issue and the owner responded so fast I was shocked. He got it all taken care of and we continued our stay with out issue :) would love to stay here again next time! The decor was fun, beds were comfortable, hot tub was clean, and host was great.

Very cute and comfortable

Overall very very clean. All the amenities, had drinks in the fridge some Ben and Jerry's in the freezer.All the supplies! It is in the country with privacy for the hot tub a hammock and swing, front porch rocking chairs. Would stay again!!

Super cute property! Kitchen was well-stocked with good pans/cooking utensils, which is a rare find with rentals! Loved the hot tub and the fire pit! Only two things that were less than ideal, but easily workable…the air fresheners in the house were overpowering, causing headaches immediately (we found them and unplugged) and the outdoor furniture on the patio was pretty chintzy and not ideal for normal sized women. We brought chairs so it didn’t matter; we were glad we brought the chairs. Would definitely stay again - it was a fun place!

This place was fantastic. Everything was exactly as described. Everything worked exactly as it should. Everything was clean. It is so unique looking, tons of pop culture stuff inside which is surprising. The hot tub was great. The Roku TVs all worked perfectly, the wifi was fast, the beds were comfortable. All expected utensils, towels, silverware, etc was all there and clean. I'm used to places having at least one thing not working, so I cant tell you how great it is being in place where everything simply works. Its clear they take great care of this place! The yard itself is really big for walks around outside. I don't have a single complaint about this. This is by far the best place I have ever stayed in on Vrbo!

Where do I begin? This rental was one of the best ones I have ever rented. It is very cozy and safe!! The amenities were more than I could ask for!! A very clean Kottage! The kitchen has everything you would need. The hot tub made it even more special. Charles took care of us with a bouquet of flowers, which my girlfriend loved!! I would rent this place again and again!! 5 stars and I would recommend this rental to anyone. I want to thank Charles for his hospitality. We had a wonderfull time!! Thanks again, Sam L.

AMAZING hidden gem in Springfield, MO

This property is the most unique hidden gem we've ever experienced and exceeded all my expectations! Nestled in a secluded area so close to Springfield, this newly renovated gem provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the retro decor and exquiste attention to detail. The interior was so fun and whimsical, with unique furnishings that created a cozy atmosphere. The open-plan living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to whip up meals. One of the standout features was the outdoor space. The hot tub was sublime and I loved the privacy—it truly felt like a retreat. The location was ideal for those wanting to venture out to Springfield as it was so close to highway 65. Plus, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. This cottage is a delightful blend of comfort and charm. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! We'll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend. Very relaxing and quiet! Very thoughtful personal touches from the host! Such a cute and comfortable place! Was fun for a girls' getaway trip for a couple of days! Didn't use the fire pit as my seasonal allergens were bothering me a bit, but it was stacked and ready to go which was very nice to see. Had all the basics plus more. Loved the hot tub and appreciated that there were spices in the kitchen! The ONLY things that would be nice is if the hot tub got just slightly hotter and if there was potato peeler in the kitchen (there is a grater though, and that worked for the squash we made). Would definitely go back again staying in the Springfield area!
