The entire Villa is completely newly remodeled Home, and rear unit. This property is excellent for those looking to be near Miami Beach, Wynwood, Midtown and Brickell, all while staying in a high-end designer decorated home.

House was beautiful and just as advertised. Walter and his son Mike were great hosts and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed at this property for my bachelorette. The entire back house smelled like mold and toxic chemicals throughout the trip, and we had to buy air purifiers and set them up in the rooms in order to even be able to be in there. The upstairs shower backed up and flooded into the kitchen, leaking through the ceiling for hours, and we had to stay under it with multiple pots catching the water so that it wouldn’t flood the floors. After the flooding the 6 girls upstairs had to share one shower for the remainder of the weekend, and the downstairs smelled like wet mildew for the remainder of the weekend. Massive cockroaches came out from under the fridge where the water had been pooling. When we reached out to the owner with a list of these complaints he made an excuse about traveling cross country and then never got back to us.

Long weekend in Miami

The house is as the pictures show. The pool was very clean and the outdoor bar came in very handy as we watched the Super Bowl from the backyard. There were plenty of linens and towels for the pool and the kitchen had everything you need for basic cooking and there was plenty of glassware and plates.Although there wasn’t much in the immediate neighborhood there was plenty to do about 1 to 1.5 miles away and Ubers were easy to get. It was only about a 15 minute ride to South Beach on Sunday but definitely check the traffic patterns when making plans.We had one issue while there with the attached apartment but the host Walter rectified it immediately.The check in process was seamless and Walter was kind enough to let us in a few hours early as we landed around 2pm.Would rent the place again next time we are in Miami.The

Best Miami Experience

10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great.

Great stay for a Miami weekend getaway

Stayed here for a sunny Miami weekend and this was the perfect place with lots of space for our friends. Walter was a very responsive host throughout. The house itself was new, clean, and really comfortable. The pool is heated and a perfect size to lounge in. We really enjoyed the pool bar in the back with its own TV. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Friends Getaway

We were 6 couples over 50. The house was beautiful inside and out. We really loved the pool area and spent most of our days/nights outside; lounging on the beautiful pool deck and in the outside bar. The house had everything you'd need (bath & pool towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, paper towels/toilet paper, dinnerware, blender, etc). Oddly, no tongs or wine bottle opener. Bring bug spray (mosquitos were an issue early morning and late night). Order/bring ice (covid prevents use of ice maker). There were 2 fridges, so plenty of space for food, drinks, bags of ice. Publix & Drizly were close for food/alcohol deliveries. It was a perfect house for a getaway with friends. Walter and Karin were really great to work with. So flexible and gracious.
