The home features a large deep pool, large gazebo with outdoor kitchen, massive backyard, beautiful landscaping.

Spacious living room and a chef's dream kitchen with 10 foot island and wrap around countertops.
Primary bedroom with pool & backyard views, primary bath with soaking tub and double shower head.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 each with queen beds.
Bedroom 4 & 5 with twin daybeds and trundles.
Access to entire property. Book with us as we have a great partnership with Lechelife entertainment that gives you special rates for being our guests for yacht rentals, car rentals, jet skis rentals and connections for VIP nightlife and many more leisure activities that you can enjoy. If you want it we can get it.
If you want to host an event, photoshoot or any kind of production you may reach out and we may arrange something that will meet your needs.

No Parties or Events: Unless pre-approved by the host.
Quiet Hours: No loud music after 9 PM (Monday–Thursday) and after 12 AM (Friday–Sunday).
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No Additional Guests: Only registered guests are allowed unless approved by the host.
Parking: There is a two-car limit on the property. If you need to bring more vehicles, please ask for the host’s permission.
Trash & Recycling: Guests must place trash and recycling bins out on scheduled days. A $200 fee may apply for missed pickups.
Additional Suggestions:
Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep communal areas tidy.
