There for 3 week training class

Very pleased with the rental. There was one minor “hiccup” and the host took care of it promptly! She was great to work with. Hope to use her property again should the need arise.

Very Beautiful Home!

Me and members of my dance team stayed here for a dance competition and we had a great time staying here. It was really spacious and everything is so close by. I loved how convenient it was because we where very close to the performance venue. The host provides lots of extra stuff which i’m so greatful for. If your going to college station i would rreccomend here especially if your going to the legends event center!

Nicely appointed house for a great price

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host, Melissa, was very responsive with any questions. Only draw back to the house was the strong musky/moldy smell. It wasn't something that I couldn't overlook but it's a strong order. The property is a fantastic value for what you get.

Winter getaway

It was just as the pictures showed. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was perfect for us location wise. The host is great to work with and replies very quickly to any questions. We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

Great place to stay!

We came for thanksgiving and needed some extra space. My wife and I came and stayed with my two adult children and one dog. This property is pet friendly so it fit our needs perfectly. The house was small and cozy and fit our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Look for better next time

My wife and I booked this reservation thinking we were getting a good deal. However, upon check-in my wife (who has allergies) began having an allergic reaction to the air inside the house. There was a strong smell of mold/mildew. She told me she could not stay there. Since we already had the booking and I am less sensitive to allergies, I stayed the nights on my own. That was the only complaint.

We travel with our furbabies so this listing worked out perfectly. The backyard is amazing for your furbabies. It was very cozy and alot of room for the family. Would book again when we come back.

Clean cottage which accommodated my family of 6. It is well stacked. Appreciated the small amenities in the bathroom which helped us get ready for my son’s graduation.

Great Location + Dog Friendly

Perfect location for a conference being held at the Hilton College Station Hotel. Lots of room(s), space, and a great outdoor area for our puppy. Will stay again if we find ourselves in the CS area.
