Traditions: New Home, 2mi-A&M/Wlk-Legends Evnt Ctr

Brand new home, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!

Perfectly appointed rental in the heart of Bryan College Station. Super convenient to all things TAMU and about a 5-7 minute drive to campus. The property is clean and spacious and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for any visits to Texas A&M and the BCS region.

Plenty of room for my family of 7. The house was very clean. One small suggestion is to add towel racks in the bathrooms.

This property was like brand new and super clean! The trip was due to a family loss, but the space was perfect to allow our family to gather and relax following the service. Thank you for your great hospitality and communication throughout the process.

Graduation

It was perfect for us. We were there for my daughter‘s graduation. The house is perfectly located close enough Reed Arena that it wasn’t a long drive at all.

The property was very nice and clean and the host was prompt to respond to any questions. !However, if you drive larger vehicles; full size trucks or suburbans, etc. the parking is tight, and only 3 spaces available. We had family coming in from different locations, so we had to park the fourth vehicle at a friend’s house. Also, don’t let the “Traditions” Hook fool you- this is not located in the “Traditions” Neighborhood off Villa Maria.

We enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us (family of 6 plus 2 grandparents). The bottom floor suite was great for older folks so the don't have to climb the stairs. The house looks new and everything was in working order and clean. The location was excellent since we were there for a volleyball tournament at Legends Event Center. Friendly and helpful host!
