Conveniently located about 5 miles from Mayo Hospital and near a variety of shops and restaurants, this home beautifully combines comfort and accessibility. Just 1.5 blocks away, explore the breathtaking Sonoran Desert State Land and its scenic hiking trails.

Experience the vibrant local culture with easy access to attractions like the Town of Cave Creek, Desert Ridge, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarters, and West World. The rental in Tatum Ranch was in a great location. We have friends who live in the north Scottsdale area, so it was easy to meet up for dinner. The house was very clean. Our doggie enjoyed the enclosed back yard. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the proximity to the Sonoran Desert Preserve. Lovely 2 week stay.

Family visit

Clean and comfortable home with a very well appointed kitchen. Back patio perfect for morning coffee. You are close to everything here! The host was very friendly and prompt to answer questions for us.

Loved the house, had it all. Well appointed. Great location, Owner very user-friendly. Beds could use toppers and shower hand held needs replaced (all minor). Over all stay Very happy.

Great Place.

Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Want to let the owner know that the fan in the master bedroom was struggling to get going when turned on and will probably need to be looked at.

Cave Creek House

Overall, property was very good and it's it fine condition. Owner was responsive to the couple of minor things that came up. House was well equipped with kitchenware, towels and sheets. Beds all had good mattresses and were comfortable. Location in Cave Creek (it's a Cave Creek Post office address, but house is really in Phoenix) is good with grocery stores 5 minutes away and other shopping within 10-20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with no noisy parties during the 2+ months we stayed there. State land for quiet desert walks is a 5 minute walk from the house. Hiking trails are 15-30 minutes away. Wi-fi and TV cable and smart apps all worked very well. House is dog friendly (our dog enjoyed it) and has an enclosed yard and comfortable outside covered seating.

We own and manage our own properties and we are very particular about them. Our units do NOT allow smoking of any kind inside so you don't have to worry about stale smoke smell when you visit them. We also don't have carpet on any of our floors. Hard surface floors are cleaner. We know what we appreciate when we travel and we strive to give you a nice enjoyable stay.

We love the floor plan of this home. The great room and Master enjoy the view of the private yard with mature trees/bushes. The patio furniture is very comfortable. Spit bedroom floor plan is nice! The location is near everything.This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

Approximately 5 miles to Mayo Hospital. Close to many shops and restaurants. This home is about 1.5 blocks from beautiful Sonoran Desert State Land that has hiking trails. There is a grassy park a couple of blocks away and you can enjoy the Town of Cave Creek, Desert Ridge, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarters, West World, and more from this convenient location. Only 5 miles from Mayo. Quiet, Friendly Neighborhood. There is a two car attached garage-direct entrance to home. No Events - No Parties.
