Beautiful vacation home near the ocean, with a large yard—ideal for families

This house is a family holiday home. It is ideally located less than 1km from the beautiful beach of Mesperleuc in Plouhinec (29) and 5 km from the port of Audierne.

The house offers a large garden that allows you to have lunch outside, have a barbecue, park the vehicles or rest in the countryside.

The living room is equipped with a dining table and a lounge area with a television. The wifi works. The living room gives access to the garden and the terrace.
The kitchen area is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, hob, mini-oven, kettle, Nespresso and classic coffee machine, fridge, hood and toaster.
The kitchen gives access to a veranda equipped with a table for lunch or family play.

The house has 3 large bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the first floor with a bed of 160 by 200 cm with a view of the garden. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. One of them is equipped with a bed of 160 by 200. The second has a bed of 140 by 190 cm and a bed of 90 cm by 190 cm. The two queen-size beds are new as well as the bedding in the small bed. Bed linen is provided on request with an extra charge.
The bedrooms are equipped with storage.

There are also two shower rooms, one on the first floor with a separate toilet and the second upstairs completely renovated this year with a toilet.

The house is rented with the garage which allows you to store your bikes, boards if needed. In the garage there is a washing machine, beach and garden toys for the whole family. The barbecue and garden table are at your disposal.

The house is classified 3 stars as furnished tourist accommodation, by the agency of the tourist offices of France.

Our most beautiful family holidays are still spent in this house. The beach of Mesperleuc is beautiful and still wild. The waves are ideal for surfing or bodyboarding with the family.

Many activities are available nearby: surfing, canoeing or kayaking, horse riding club, the Audierne aqua-show or the Menez-Dragan site.

The house is rented with the help of a concierge who is located nearby. The handover of the keys is carried out with this person directly as well as the visit of the house.
