Nestled in a truly peaceful and privileged setting, the property is surrounded by a large tree-filled meadow, bordered by a river, and located next to the botanical and wildlife gardens of Parc du Moulin Neuf.
This is the perfect base for exploring the region’s highlights: Pointe Saint-Mathieu, Fort de Berthaume, and the Petit Minou lighthouse near Le Conquet. You can also enjoy unforgettable day trips to the islands of Ouessant and Molène, or discover the Abers to the north, home to the Île Vierge lighthouse—the tallest lighthouse in Europe.
Conveniently located just 700 metres from local shops and 3 km from the beach and the dunes of Tréompan, the gîte also offers access to a shared indoor swimming pool open year-round, ideal for relaxing in any season.
