Everything has been designed for your comfort, the apartment is located on the second floor of the second building on the right when entering the residence.

The apartment is composed of a fitted kitchen open to the living room and the terrace, two air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom.

The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed 200 * 200, with private bathroom and toilet separate from the shower.

The second bedroom is equipped with two TWIN Size beds 100 * 190 and a private bathroom. The toilet in this room is the guest toilet of the apartment.

Two dining areas are organized, one inside and one outside on the terrace.

A laundry room with washing machine has been set up for your comfort.

Residence rules - to be respected

- An identification bracelet is mandatory, it will be given to you on arrival by the person who will receive you.
- Wearing this bracelet is mandatory.
- Please send us the identification documents of everyone present in the property so that we can check you in one week before your arrival.

For your information:

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

Our beachfront property stands out for its excellent location, just a few steps from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the charm and energy of the Caribbean at all times. However, between the residence and the shoreline there is a main road, so this proximity also comes with the natural liveliness of the surroundings. In an authentic Caribbean town, it is common to experience passing vehicles, motorcycles, and scooters, as well as the frequent use of horns, all of which are part of the area’s vibrant character and local lifestyle. This combination offers a genuine experience, ideal for those who wish to be at the heart of the coastal atmosphere.
