My name is Carmen and I reside in NY, USA with my husband, we have 4 daughters and 2 granddaughters. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I am a first generation American with deep roots in the Dominican Republic. My parents were born and raised in the Dominican Republic. It was always a dream of mine to own an ocean front property with views of beautiful turquoise waters and I have finally realized my dream. We hope you will be our guest. This condo is freshly painted, all lighting and electrical has been updated and upgraded, the bathrooms have been renovated w/ a fresh coat of paint, new vanity, mirror, lighting, bathroom accessories and new shower heads. All bedrooms have new pillows, quilt sets, and linens. All decor is coastal and new intended to give guests a warm coastal welcome with beach vibes. A new custom Italian kitchen is underway and expected in late April to early May. My husband and I have put a lot of money, sweat, and love into this amazing condo as we intend to enjoy it just as much as we hope our guests do. It sits in the heart of Las Terrenas, Samana and fronts the amazing & beautiful Playa Punta Popy. There is an abundance of restaurants, bars & nightlife. The locals are kind, warm and super friendly. This property offers everything you need and more!
