The rental is composed as follows: in the entrance hall you'll find a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds.
Opposite is the shower room with separate WC.
Then you enter the living room with its open-plan kitchen.

This is the ideal rental for a family, a couple with or without children, or retired people wishing to discover the region.
A pleasant, clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of idleness will make your Bandol vacations pleasant memories.

A 25% deposit is required. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings.
Tourist tax is payable to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is that specified by the tourist office.
Final cleaning is included in the price.
For added comfort, you can opt for sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed.
All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays are subject to a surcharge of 100 euros.
Weekday arrivals after 6pm will also be charged extra.
There is a pet supplement of €5 / day / pet.
We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque. This is not cashed and is returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
A contract containing your details, those of the agency and the property rented will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed.
You will also be asked to provide proof of holiday or civil liability insurance.
No rental will be final without these documents.

Come and enjoy the beauty of our region through our apartments and houses: beaches and protected and developed natural areas, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose “Notre dame” beach was voted the most beautiful in Europe, seaside walks such as a boat tour of the Cassis creeks, hikes in the Verdon gorges or along the coastal path, especially Cap Sicié.

You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Le Castellet, a pleasant place to stroll or share an ice cream, and discover the wines of Bandol. Most of Bandol's estates are in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent scenery at any time of year. We recommend the Moulin de Saint Côme for olive oil production. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron, to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of Europe's most beautiful harbors.

From April to September, our agricultural producers welcome you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6pm to 8pm to offer you fresh local produce (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.).
Markets in Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. are held every day, with larger markets on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.

For your children, there's the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside activities (trampoline, bungee), water sports (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing, etc.), boat trips and the Bandol zoo. If you're looking for small board games, we recommend l'Atanière, a store offering a wide range of board games for all ages.
