The Home

Welcome to Solara Seaside Escape, a luxury family villa in the sought-after Solara Resort. With 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a media loft, and themed bedrooms for the kids, this home has been designed to delight every guest — from little adventurers to grown-ups ready to relax.

Ground Floor

King Suite 1 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, garden tub, and dual vanities.

Upstairs

King Suite 2 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite with walk-in shower.

King Suite 3 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite with shower over tub.

King Suite 4 (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom.

Cinderella Castle Room (Sleeps 2): King bed, ensuite bathroom, whimsical princess theming.

Finding Dory Room (Sleeps 4): Bunk beds with trundles, colorful aquatic theming inspired by Dory and Nemo.

Outdoor Living

Private Pool and Spa: Screened-in with loungers and shaded seating.

Optional Pool Heating: $35 per day plus tax (minimum $175 for stays under 5 nights). Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a $40 activation fee. Heating recommended October through April.

BBQ Rental: Propane grill available for an additional fee, delivered clean and ready. Request in advance, grill not included in standard rental.

Check-In: 4 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM

Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old (young families welcome).

Guests must provide within 24 hours of booking:

Valid photo ID selfie

Names and ages of all adults

Signed rental agreement

Payment card verification if applicable

Occupancy: Limits apply 24 hours a day. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours after 9 PM.
Pets and Smoking: Not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations follow the published policy at the time of booking. Any eligible refund is processed promptly, minus the non-refundable 3.8 percent merchant processing fee retained by the bank. This ensures transparent and secure handling of all payments.

We had multi generation family spend the week there. The kids had a blast in the pool. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The house was in good condition and very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I didn’t give a perfect score because there is room to improve. The house would have been perfect if there were enough towels to shower with, more cookware, and a bigger couch on the main floor living area. One of our guest is an amputee and could not make it up stairs and we were forced to spend most of our time on a small couch and a couple of chairs on the main floor. That is not comfortable for 18 people. Negatives:* more towels * more cookware * better/more accessible seating arrangement Positives: * plenty of bathrooms * spacious * big tv’s * comfortable beds * nice private pool

We always want all of our guests to be completely comfortable, and we deeply regret that the living room setup made things difficult for your family member who couldn't access the upstairs. We are sharing your feedback directly with the property owners to look into expanding the main floor seating. Regarding the towels and cookware, we standardly provide a starter set based on the occupancy of the house, and a washer and dryer are available on-site to easily freshen up the towels. The house was clean, spacious, and family friendly with great amenities. It didn't feel welcoming, though. From the single roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, to the tiny soaps and lack of floor cleaner and kitchen supplies (i.e., sheet pan for the oven), we had to purchase a lot more "basic" supplies to use the space. And there were no spare blankets or trash bags. The house sleeps 18 and we were a party of 13 for 5 days. All of this made an otherwise lovely place feel underwhelming.

Family Time

It was very pleasant and peaceful. Everything was pretty close to our area which was great. The only draw back was in the first room. We didn't realize until day 2 that the television would never turn on. There were plenty more to view though.

DO NOT stay here. The house was filthy, we killed 4 German roaches within an hour of being there. There are 7 beds but we were unable to find one with out someone else’s hair in it & the pillow cases were yellow. The pool had the last parties confetti & artificial nails floating in it, so unusable. These pictures of the house are old so the carpet is dirty with stains & the walls are not white anymore.

More than enough room

Only problem I had was, we all left villa at 9:40. I wanted to check everything one last time. The code to get me inside was deactivated. Checkout was at 10. Other than that we had more than enough room.

Overall conditions is not satisfactory of the house!

Furniture are old and not good looking. Cloths dryer was defective and took 2 days for them to fix it. Pool was not clean. They had to come to clean the pool. Beds were not clean properly. House has bugs. This house a lot of rooms; but I will not recommend this house to anyone after I stayed there 4 nights.

20 minutes from Disney, about 40 minutes from Universal. The biggest variable is traffic. The home is big and well appointed. The posting is accurate, the location is convenient and the home was comfortable. There were some issues but I communicated those and the stay was very comfortable. I’d add that maybe labeling remote controls would be helpful. That first night was a doozy.

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and well located for some of the areas best parks. The drive to Disney was so easy and relatively traffic free (no I4 necessary!)

Great stay close to Disney

We had 6 adults and 8 kids ages 1-12 and we loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and the pool (community pool was super fun as well). I was nervous about staying somewhere with a pool and having a 1 year old with us (all other kids are strong swimmers) but there were lots of pool security features that I really appreciated. The back door has an alarm that goes off when open and the pool has a net security fence. The drive to Disney, restaurants, and grocery stores were super convenient. House was clean and pretty inside, lots of pillows and blankets. Thank you for a great stay!
