Sundance Kid Loft is a spacious, second-floor for up to nine guests (7 adults), with four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms.

It's very rare to find such a spacious apartment just a few minutes walk from the telecabine, shops and restaurants in Megéve, and even more unusual to find one with two secure parking spaces! You just have to drive into the lift, which will take your car down to the car park underneath the apartment building.

The apartment has four bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. The apartment also includes a third bedroom with a three-quarter bed and an additional single bed, along with a bathroom and toilet. You will also find a dormitory-style room for two people, with the option to pull out a third bed. These last two bedrooms also have access to a terrace.

The comfortable open-plan living area has a cosy seating area where a large, cushion-strewn sofa and faux-fur chairs are arranged around the wood-burning fireplace and the television. There's a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a quick snack, or perhaps cocktails before you sit down for dinner at the dining table.

There's also a fabulous shared area on the floor below the apartment, which has a well-equipped gym and a relaxation area furnished with beanbags, where older children can enjoy some independence.

Sundance Kid Loft is a great choice for a group of friends or family looking for their own space and great facilities in a top resort.

During the winter season, winter tyres and/or snow chains are mandatory.

Please note: there is a shared space on the lower ground floor of the building with a ski room (including boot warming racks) and a gym. Guests can also enjoy a quiet room to read. During the winter season, winter tyres and/or snow chains are mandatory.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
