○ Fully equipped kitchen with central island for 10 people: cooking range, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave, waffle maker and raclette grill, filtered water carafe… everything to delight your taste buds!

○ 2 complete bathrooms: one with bathtub and shower on the ground floor, and a large walk-in shower upstairs. Towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries included.

○ Full laundry room in the basement: washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and drying rack.

○ High-speed fiber and Wi-Fi (up to 1 Gb/s) for fast, reliable, free Internet.

○ Games and entertainment: no TV, but piano, foosball, and board games for kids and adults. Dedicated play and reading area for the little ones.

OFF-SEASON

From September to April, the house is available for stays of 28 nights minimum, ideal for:

• Companies and professional assignments
• Remote work or traveling consultants
• Families in transition or relocation

A special rate of 25% is applied for stays of 28 nights or more via the platform (All-inclusive rate).

○ SHORT STAYS / WORKSHOPS

The property can also host workshops, training sessions, or retreats for small groups (up to 14 people).
