The apartment is in an amazing neighborhood. South of some of the best shops and restaurants in Paris and walking distance from the Metro 2 line. Property was great and access was easy and simple. However, WiFi information was not available and never heard back from the lister in all the times I reached out

Great location for a nice stay

Property is just like the pictures. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The building is under going some repairs, but doing let that put you off, the apartment was great. Close to all transportation, restaurants, groceries and interesting sites. This is a great value for your money in Montmarte.

Once I was able to enter the building and locate the flat on the third floor and open the key safe outside the flat, then I felt I had made it. Be aware the stairs leading up to the third floor are under renovation so you are walking on rubble and timber from the 19 century. Wasn't pleasant snd easy. Flat was clean and had all the things a traveller needs at hand. An iron, towels, soap, small kitchenette.
The bottom of the interior staircase that had to be used amidst the plaster rubble and timber on each step along the way.

Convenient, OK on a budget

The apartment is small, but has the barebones needs for a budget-friendly stay. We couldn't connect to the wifi and didn't get a response from the host when I asked about it. The building is undergoing some much-needed repairs, I was worried when I first arrived, but the apartment is in better condition than the stairwell would suggest. It's quite literally around the corner from the Moulin Rouge, so there are a lot of adult shops on the main street and loud people out late every night. On the plus side, there are lots of restaurant options nearby since it's walking distance from Sacre Coeur, and a Metro stop at the end of the street, so overall a convenient area.

Firstly, this host did not send the passcode to the building on time. Left us standing outside in the sun for hours. WiFi not working. Promised a refund but never sent it. No cleaning, and if you cannot climb flights of stairs please do not bother.

Der Aufenthalt war gut und die Kommunikation mit dem Host war meistens zufriedenstellend. Nur am Ende hat er nicht mehr geantwortet und das Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert. Ausserdem kann man durch die Tür im Badezimmer durchsehen, das heisst man muss vertraut sein mit der Person mit der man dieses Appartement zusammen bucht:) Und es ist nicht das ruhigste Appartement. Ansonsten hat uns die Wohnung und die Lage gut gefallen.

Per fortuna era un viaggio di divertimento con una amica e siamo persone che si adattano bene alle situazioni, l'appartamento si colloca in una buona zona anche se un pochino lontano dal centro, magari consiglierei di fare un pochino piu di attenzione a cio' che viene lasciato in uso agli ospiti , noi abbiamo fatto la spesa che poi naturalmente sbbiamo lasciato, carta igienica, scottex, zucchero, acqua,consiglierei anche una tendina per la porta del bagno per dare privacy visto che è di vetro.,e un piccolo tavolino e una sedia magari, grazie....comunque la vacanza è stata stupenda e non ci siamo fatte prendere dallo sconforto, forse fate attenzione agli orari di check-in e check-aut , comunque la persona con cui abbiamo interagito è stato carino e comprensivo...grazie

Sur les photos l'appartement semble neuf et propre, en réalité il évident que les travaux et l'aménagement ont été fait par un amateur et à bas coût. Au niveau de la propreté ça allait, l'essentiel avait été fait pour les surfaces, mais au fond l'appartement et l'immeuble sont dans un état limite. - Je n'ai pas trouvé de robinet qui ne fuyait pas, quant à l'eau de la douche est presque impossible à régler. - tout est "bancal" les meubles ne tiennent pas, la fausse verrière vibre bruyamment à chaque pas du voisin au dessus. - des murs commencent à moisir, d'ailleurs lors de mon séjour la voisine a fait intervenir des couvreurs pour traiter les multiples fuites d'eau de l'immeuble. Si l'on est pas regardant sur le côté "sain" d'un appartement, il fait l'affaire, mais honnêtement ce n'est pas agréable de vivre là dedans où tout est bancale, et fait pour cacher la misère. Le ménage a mon arrivée était cependant très bien, juste c'est en profondeur qu'il faut revoir tout l'appartement qui n'est qu'un cache misère.
