This chic, modern guest house is located in a quiet & friendly neighborhood between Culver City and Crenshaw. The home has a private enterance, full kitchen, workspace, bedroom, and bath (with tub!) as well as access to a grassy backyard and an outdoor dining area. This one bedroom guesthouse is perfect for someone who wants access to all the city has to offer without feeling trapped in the urban sprawl. It’s a cozy urban oasis, perfect for those coming to LA for business or pleasure.
There is a beautiful mural painted along the entrance by renowned LA muralist Clinton Bopp.
There is access to abundant street parking with a permit provided by host.

- 7 min drive from Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area for hiking and incredible views.
