The property was centrally located from the places that were visited

I would rent this property again,very clean, close to airport and shopping.Rudy was a pleasure to talk to,helpful and if a problem there to fix in a nick of time.

The epicenter of all great LA tourist sites!

Love the little apartment. I didn’t use any public transportation so I have no idea how buses and train work around the apartment. I just used UBER! but if you rent a car, the apartment has a parking lot! First time in LA, so I was very happy to find this great deal . The owner was great all the time. If I got to come back to LA, for sure I’ll rest this property again. Highly recommended.

Reliable experience

We've stayed in Rudy's places 4 or 5 times and he's always been responsive and dependable. The central location is great and the place is clean and comfortable. Designated off-street parking is a plus.

Great place!

We stayed 2 nights and the place was great. Very cute and cozy. Felt safe and great location. There were 3 of us and I slept on the living room pull out couch. It wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for a couple of nights. First time to LA. Uber was quick and easy.

Amazing place

It was me and my husband first trip together and it was amazing everything was so close and the house was very comfortable. Rudy was great and very friendly. We will definitely be back I totally recommend :)

Los Angeles Cottage

Lovely. We loved the place, the neighborhood, the outside decks, full granite top kitchen, newly remodeled bath, the yard, parking spot at front of cottage, the price, the local Spanish Supermarket two blocks away, and everything else about this place. Small issue with the Cable but the property guy Rudy quickly addressed it. Thank you. A+++++

Loved our stay!

Had a quick weekend girls trip with my mom & sister. We fit comfortably & the location was close to everything we wanted to do. It's such a cute place to stay & we were beyond happy with Rudy & his communication. We drove in pretty late & he had no issues accommodating us. All I can say is that I will definitely be staying here again. Loved that there was a parking space for our car. You won't be disappointed.

Comfortable and well furnished

We enjoyed our stay here. Well furnished with a comfortable bed, this place had everything one might expect, and it was very clean. The only negative was noise from two neighborhood dogs barking late at night.

First time in LA

My husband and I took our first trip to LA and staying at Rudy’s made things so easy. It is centrally located and easy to find. Everything was just as described in the posting. Rudy was polite enough to check on us during our stay and make sure we were enjoying our experience. The house is very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again!!

Rudi was a great landlord (Is that the right word?). He made our check-in, stay, and overall experience awesome. Great place!

My wife and I decide to stay here every time we’re in LA. I don’t think there’s a better deal to be had in LA; this unit is close to everything, has a great kitchen, and is even walking distance to a grocery store! Plus Rudy is always super responsive and welcoming!

Great place

This place is great, very clean and neat, you have everything that you need. The location is perfect, close to Santa Monica, Venice, downtown etc. Rudy is good and attentive host, really easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.
