Welcome to ROSE Holidays! To help you prepare for your stay with complete peace of mind, we have gathered here the detailed description of the accommodation as well as all the useful information for your holiday.



ROSE Holidays offers you this charming Premium apartment on the 1st floor, without a lift and warm with an indoor terrace for summer/winter. This atypical 80m2 apartment reserves the right to surprise you. Let yourself be guided between convivial moments and relaxation in its large living area of 40m2.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, 4K TV and WI-FI

Fully equipped open kitchen: Gas stove with professional oven, wine cooler, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), air conditioning and fan.

Bedroom with a large double bed with table and iron.

Bedroom with a double bed and its desk.

Bathroom: bathtub, hairdryer with separate WC.



Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.

Paid underground Fleur d'eau Parking 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld Parking 10 minutes walk away.



Location:

–Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transports in direct proximity.

For information: the apartment is located in the heart of a student city, possibility of surrounding noise

    Appartement qui pourrait etre trés bien placé car en plein centre de villle, et trés lumineux, mais :trés proche des lieux de vie (nocturne) angevinappartement trés sonore (merci aux voisins du dessus)qui, malgré les rappels de la conciergerie en charge de l'appartement n'ont pas essayé d'etre un minimum discretshygiéne du logement à revoir Baignoire balnéo qui ne marche pasen position douche difficle de ne pas innonder la salle de bain

    The pluses: spacious, light flat, good small city for a short stay with some interesting things to do, helpful and responsive host who quickly solved a missing linen issue. The minuses: weird layout that wasn't clear from the pictures - the only WC is off the living room without its own sink; virtually every plate was cbipped so a crockery refresh is needed; mould from historic water leaks in the ceilings not shown in photos and this meant the smaller bedroom smelt distinctly musty; the shower is not able to be attached to the wall you have to hold it, which is awkward and again different from the photo. Finally, while this is not something the hosts can control, the local youth for 2 of our 3 nights played very loud music from cars til 2am outside the property The listing mentions some noise from the bar and this wasn't a problem for us,but the antisocial behaviour from the local youth wrecked our sleep unfortunately. I did not take account of this in my rating but other guests should be aware.

    Logement à fuir! Non seulement l’appartement avait été occupé juste avant notre arrivée (reste de petit-déjeuner, télé et lumières allumées, fenêtres grand ouvertes, odeur de cannabis, baignoire balnéothérapie sale…) mais il y avait de grosses traces d’humidité dans les deux chambres et dans la salle de bain. La porte d’entrée (plus que douteuse) pouvait s’ouvrir d’un coup sec (le clavier ne servait à rien!): il y avait un va et vient incessant dans l’escalier… Bref: aucune correspondance avec le standing suggéré par les photos et le prix! Même si le concierge sur place a fait son possible pour remettre l’appartement en ordre, impossible de rester dans cet endroit non sécurisé (puisque n’importe qui pouvait revenir le squatter) et rempli d’humidité et de moisissures.Abritel est intervenu pour nous dédommager. Je tiens les photos à disposition de qui veut les infos.

    Muy sucio el acceso pésimo, el departamento bonito pero no hay limpieza suficiente, el techo tenía moho y el baño era de tina que es difícil el acceso, en general le falta mucho más limpieza y atención en detalles de limpieza. Sobre todo el acceso al departamento demasiado sucio e incómodo daba muy mala impresión la entrada

    Bien placé pour rayonner dans la ville à pieds. Parking à proximité. Et très bonne communication avec la Conciergerie.
