Just a few minutes from the beaches of Saint-Lunaire, discover this beautiful recently built family home, named "Emerald Pavilion", located in a quiet residential area. Modern, bright and perfectly designed for family stays, this 122 m² house can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a pleasant setting to recharge on the Emerald Coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a 20 m² terrace with an unobstructed view as well as a large garden, ideal for enjoying fine weather, relaxing or sharing enjoyable moments outdoors and good barbecue grills.
Upon entering the house, you will find a living room with a sofa, television and dining table for 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, freezer, refrigerator, toaster.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor:
Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160 x 200) and a small work area
Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160 x 200)
Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200)
A bathroom is available on the ground floor with a bathtub and shower and hair dryer as well as a separate toilet.
A workspace located on a mezzanine with a chair and armchair (ideal for remote work).
The accommodation has two parking spaces and a shelter for your bicycles.
For added convenience, all rooms have Ethernet sockets connected to the Internet box. A laundry room will also be at your disposal with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, a drying rack and a washing line.
