The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!

The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!

The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.

Effiecient short term rental

This rental is very clean, and has an excellent, efficient layout. It would meet the needs of any guest in Marfa. We will stay here again in the future! Super convenient to be located right next to a great coffee shop!

Clean, nicely decorated condo in a great location for our family wedding festivities. Bed and pillows were very comfy. The only thing that kept me from 5 star rating was the living area was really warm in the late afternoons. Running fan on high helped a little bit we would retreat to the bedroom.

This is the cutest little condo! It has everything you could need while away from home. And the most comfortable bed out of any hotel/motel/home/apt we've ever rented (and that's a lot). Oh and the most luxurious bedding - that I ended up buying for my home. Can't wait to visit again!

Short stay with 2 dogs

Perfect getaway for a few days with our two dogs. The apartment is only a couple blocks from the courthouse, for reference, and walkable to many things in marfa. Parking is super easy right outside. There's a little gated area both in front and behind the apartment.It was super clean inside with all the amenities you could ask for. And importantly the bed was super comfy!Overall highly recommend if you're visiting the area!

Long Weekend in Marfa

We have been coming to Marfa for years. We had never stayed at this property but had an absolutely lovely time. Great location, well appointed—it had everything we needed. And it is pet friendly, so we could have our two little ones along. We will be back!

Perfect little place. Only thing that could have made it better were thicker, darker curtains. They do have great curtains- would be nice to have black out for the nite after a wedding. This place is close to perfect. 99.9999999% out of 100

We very much enjoyed our stay in the tastefully decorated and efficiency of the place. I suggest a microwave, and some small cooking pans (there was only one large pan and multiple frying pans). We can totally recommend it.

Clean and comfortable apartment in excellent location.

Access to the apartment was easy and the location couldn’t be more central. The place is cute and comfortable. I like to cook and was able to cook meals with a little help from Lauren who was very responsive to any questions. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Place

I was solo, but you could easily fit a couple in here. And if you have one child with you, that would work, too. It's the perfect location - but everything is a perfect location in Marfa. You can walk everwhere. But this place was in the heart of Marfa - so that's great. This was an older building that they turned into two brand new apartments. It's much nicer than my home in Austin. Loved the white walls, great furniture, and the nice polished concrete floors. And a brand new shower and bathroom is really nice. The walls are very thick, so no problems with hearing your neighbors. And I love the patio out front where you can watch everyone coming and going from the coffee shop next door. Definitely my favorite iced coffee in town. The property manager here seems to manage a lot of the other properties in town. So she can probably let you know what's going on in the town if you need some ideas. Perfect place.

It was just ok

The place was ok. I liked the bed, the shower leaking really should be fixed however because it flowed all over the bathroom floor. The place was also really dusty, not sure how often it was cleaned…or maybe they just don’t dust when they clean. Before our stay, the host was very abrasive and unwelcoming; started off our vacation in Marfa uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Condo was clean and was as advertised. Great location. The only thing I would suggest is they provide coffee (coffee maker was provided) and silver wear (plates, bowls, pots and pans etc. were provided). We had planned on making breakfast and were unable to.

My husband and I bought and renovated this building in 2017 as it was next door to our now-former office building, which is home to 2 other STRs, the West Texan and the Downtowner. We have a mix of short and long term rentals in downtown, the location could not be better.

This is right in the heart of downtown Marfa just blocks from all the main hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops. One block east on Highland Avenue is the main shopping area in our small town, and one block west puts you in a lovely residential neighborhood that is great for walking, running, and cycling. the best of both worlds!
