## Space

This spacious apartment offers an ideal setting for your stay.

The cozy and welcoming living room is equipped with a TV and a large convertible sofa, as well as a loggia with a dining table for your meals.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking hobs, and a dishwasher. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster.

The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine is available for your use. There is a separate WC.

The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (140 x 190 cm), two of which also have a dressing area for added comfort.

The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, broom, and ironing essentials.

The windows are fitted with manual shutters.

There is outdoor parking available, subject to availability.

Regarding linens:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation.
1 shower towel per person, per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat.

1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge
Coffee capsules & tea bags are provided for your arrival.
A few cleaning products.
