Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property, including use of the garage.
Two kayaks can be delivered to the home for $200.

Getting Around:
No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the three car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
We strive to be the best neighbors of the communities we live in. Please note, our house rules indicate that guests should be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. To ensure that we are able to maintain our status as a vacation rental, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the house rules. Kindly note, any violation to these rules, as well as complaints from the neighbors or the City may result in a forfeiture of your security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction at the owner’s discretion.
