The backyard is split up into different areas, including a fire pit with seating for 6, an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, a BBQ and prep island with 3 bar stools, 6 lounge chairs that overlook the pool, a 5-hole putting green, a half basketball court, a sectional sofa situated next to a 55` TV. SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES! Imagine enjoying a home-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets. ★ POOL HEATING ★
Pool heating is available at $80 per day. Please note that 48-hour advanced notice must be paid before arrival.

★ PETS ★
This is a pet friendly property. An additional $250 pet fee is required and must be paid 48 hours prior to check in.
★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 pm-8 am (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
★ OCCUPANCY ★
the number of guests allowed on the property shall not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation, whether they are visiting or staying the night.
Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.
We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.
