The house was clean. There are several maintenance items that need to be addressed and there are some things needed in the kitchen like a wine opener, another baking dish, and a pair of utility scissors. The Bridges Bay outdoor pool had a leak so it was being filled with water from a hose and was very cold and now this pool is closed for the season due to staffing shortages.

Great location. We have stayed in this area many times. The inside of the property was in dire need of some repairs though. One kitchen door was completely torn off and resting on top of the cabinet. Many of the other cabinets doores would not close completely. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken and the toilet roll holder was completely broken off. The spindles on one of the chairs was also broken. The drawer in the refrigerator was broken and would not slide in and out properly. The lock on the front door would stick at times. If this property were truly going to house 10 people that would be an extremely tight fit and having only two bathrooms would present a problem. I wouldn't recommend it for 10 people and counting a garage space as a bedroom is a stretch. However, there were only two of us and it was adequate. And the repairs did not spoil our stay. Although for the money we paid, we would have expected just the basic repairs done on an as needed basis. Thank you for the opportunity to use your property for our stay. We enjoyed visiting with our family in the area.

FYI, the dishwasher doesn't work-doesn't drain. there was water in there when we arrived. Also, I was surprised soap, shampoo and conditioner were not supplied. I wish I had known that ahead of time.Otherwise, great location, nice place...kids loved the water park!

Great location!

The location was great and we enjoyed our time at Bridges Bay. The cabin was comfortable and clean, with the exception of a lot of flies and tiny ants when we arrived. We took care of the flies ourselves and hopefully the cleaning crew will take care of the ants in the garage. The owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Everything we needed

We had a great time at the property. The kitchen was well stocked which I appreciate since I cook the majority of meals when we travel. There were lots of towels and plenty of paper products to use throughout the house. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable but that can be personal preference. My husband really appreciated the YouTube TV access and the WiFi was fast. If we are back in the area we will keep this property in mind.

NYE Family get away!

We wanted to get away without going too far away. Our kids are 6, 16 and 19. Everyone had a great time at the Waterpark and game room. We enjoyed the quiet, beautiful neighborhood and deviation from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. We played board games, watched movies, and enjoyed cooking and dining together. The cabin was clean, well stocked, nicely furnished and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and checking in and out was contactless and a breeze!
