Fully furnished and conveniently located close to the Main Entrance of Bridges Bay Resort-directly across the waterpark! Walking distance to the Waterfront: Waters Edge American Grille, and Island Bar. Also located near Arnolds Park Amusement Park and The Emporium, only a short bike rides distance!

*6 DAILY PASSES to the indoor/outdoor waterpark are included in rental*

Kitchen has all appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes and flatware. Everything you need for cooking! The location was perfect, a short walk to the resort. The cabin was clean and cozy. Had a great time during our visit!

Perfect house for our long weekend getaway

We planned our weekend stay in Okoboji to get away from the City and relax by the water. The house was in a perfect location. We walked everywhere, enjoyed time by the water and even rented a boat for the afternoon. The house was a perfect base for our activities. We enjoyed all the natural light and especially the patio for morning coffee and maybe an afternoon glass of wine.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay because of how close it was to the pools and restaurants and lake activities. The proximity to Arnold’s Park was a major plus for the kids. The cabin had everything we needed for the weekend!

Great resort and location!

The owners were so nice and so were the two cabins. Easy walk to the pool and restaurants! If we didn't live so far away I would book for next summer now!

Great place

Came for winter games…great property. Quick response to any question I had unpin arrival. Place was clean, well stocked and use of garage was great for us…would rent again!

Great stay. Very affordable! Yearly trip to the lakes and the 1st time in a VRBO. Much better living accommodations than multiple motel rooms. Host was awesome to work with from reservations to check out. Very responsive throughout the whole process. Home was fully equipped to meet all our needs in the kitchen and bathroom!! Highly recommend if you are considering!

The house is in a nice proximity from the resort! The outdoor pool for the neighborhood is just down the street. The living room furniture is very comfortable!

Great stay at Cabin 7

My family rented cabin 7 for a week long vacation. We found the cabin to be very clean and well maintained. The owners made themselves available to us for any questions we had, but also gave us the privacy and space to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to stay at bridges bay.

Overall great stay!

Perfect location and setup for our family of 4! Property was clean, check-in was easy and communication with property manager was quick! The only drawback was the difficulty of the toilet flusher and it wasn’t very secured to floor-still worked just fine and Brady was quick to respond. Overall our stay was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great property close to everything! Host was prompt with responses. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I highly recommend!

Perfect family stay!

Overall this was an amazing place to stay! We will definitely choose this location again in the near future! Perfect area to allow our 5, 7, and 8 year olds to ride bike and scooters to and from the park across the street at Bridges Bay, around the block, and to the water park. We had great family bike rides and walks. Yard games were also available! Board games were even available, perfect for evening wind down. Had a Wal Mart delivery order placed and delivered by the time we arrived and unpacked. Great condo, nice linens, towels, dishes. So nice to have a washer and dryer available! Loved our stay!

We had a family gathering at Lake Okoboji. We rented Brody’s cabin for 3 night. When choosing a VRBO my top two must-haves are a comfy bed and a clean place. Reviews are very important to me. Brady’s place hit both of those with 5-STARS!!! Place was beautiful. Beds were great, everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. I also loved that the VRBO was bright and well lit. Big patio doors brought in natural light. Bathroom was bright and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place to others. Brady was also very quick to respond, which we really appreciated.

Great location with perks

Initially we had issues entering the property and accessing the internet, but the host (Brady) was very responsive and sent over his realtor to assist us. Since the property was recently sold, there were a few other hiccups such as no toliet paper or paper towels but luckily there were places nearby to purchase. The biggest issue during our stay was the loose and leaking toilet that required a plunge after every flush. Perks: The place came with 6 daily swimming passes at the main bridges bay accessible by giving your cabin number at the main entrance. Note, The pools do close if deemed to hot for the lifegaurds which is in no way a fault of the host. Overall the place was cozy, comfortable, and was in a convenient location. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay with children!

This was our second year staying at this location in Okoboji, great experience again! Our kids loved the pool, park, and arcade that are within walking distance.
