Double balcony for enjoying coffee while watching the waves. Television and internet access are provided. • Fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, Tassimo machine, microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) • 2 bedrooms with storage; One of the two bedrooms opens onto a patio with a direct view of the Palais des Congrès. • Modern bathroom with shower, single vanity, and washing machine. Linen is not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Duvets and pillows are available. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the Residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities. A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 is payable to the concierge upon arrival. Please note: any arrival after 9:00 PM and until 10:30 PM will be charged an additional €35 on site. Arrivals between 10:30 PM and midnight will be charged an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €35.
