This gorgeous remodeled condo has 1 bedroom and 1 full updated bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private sunny deck overlooking the lagoon with fountains and filled with wildlife! Condo is spotless, has washer and dryer, vinyl plank flooring, kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances, stylish bath with stand-up shower, king-sized bed with dresser, full pull-out sofa bed in living room for guests or children, ceiling fans, large entry closet with all of the beach gear you might need, 2 flat screen tv's, digital lock access, comfy furniture and beachy modern decor.

I grew up and lived most of my life in Minnesota. I purchased a vacation condo here in Hilton Head in 2013 after vacationing here for the first time. I decided that this is where I eventually wanted to live full-time. After having my daughter, Brynn in 2017, we ran out of space at our condo, so we purchased a single family home in North Forest Beach for us and our 2 littles fur-babies. We have recently added several properties to rent out which allows others to fall in love with this beautiful island as well!

I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995 and am currently licensed in both Minnesota and South Carolina. I love the real estate industry and all of the opportunities that owning property provides. It is fun to help others find their slice of heaven here in Hilton Head to use as their forever home, as a 2nd home, or as a rental property.

We love the beach, nature & wildlife, boating, biking, swimming, golfing, and of course eating...so Hilton Head is the best place for us to enjoy all of those things! We consider ourselves fortunate to live in such a remarkably beautiful place and we love that we now get to share that with all of you as well!
