- Shared main entrance with the house, but no cohabitation with the owners (the studio is rented out when the owners are away); the studio’s entrance door is located past the garage, which has a coat closet.
- Living room with a 140-cm sofa bed, coffee table, TV, table, and chairs. Access to the house’s 200 m² enclosed garden, equipped with outdoor furniture, water sports gear, and a barbecue.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: 2 ceramic-glass cooktops, refrigerator + freezer, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, kettle, oven, and microwave.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, hair dryer, and storage.
- Separate toilet.
