Welcome to Sea Dreams a 5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom beach front home that can sleep up to 16 people. This home is in the Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach and a great location for your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful beaches Panama City Beach has to offer! With a private beach front pool, this property is great for your next family vacation.

DETAILS:
Sea Dreams is a newly renovated home is 3 levels with brand new furnishing, new mattresses, updated appliances, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from every floor! You are greeted with a spacious living room – great for family gatherings. Equipped with a flat screen television, DVD player, Xbox and queen size sofa sleeper, you are able just relax and unwind after a day spent at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your family meals, with stainless steel appliance and granite countertops you will find there is ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The dining table seats 8 people and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. Also located on the main floor you will find the first guest bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

The second floor or this house consists of two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom will have a king-sized bed with flat screen TV, and the second guest bedroom will feature 2 queen sized beds with flat screen TV and both have full size bathrooms.

The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with King sized bed, large flat screen TV, and private bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom balcony provides views of the Gulf of Mexico and great for relaxing and enjoying your morning coffee or watching the beautiful sunset.

On the third floor you will find the 4th guest bedroom with queen bed and 2 sets of twin bunk beds (one set has a trundle), full bathroom and flat screen TV. There is a mini refrigerator and wet bar and a private balcony with incredible views of the gulf, this room is a great area for kids.

Amenities of this home include beachfront pool, complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, gas grill, and extra refrigerator in the garage. The addition of the pool makes outdoor entertainment at its best sitting pool side relaxing in the sun or dining al fresco. The outdoor space features lounge chairs and dining area great to watch the family play on the beach or watch the breathtaking sunsets.

For those traveling with small children, a pack and play and highchair is provided and in addition to the X-Box, a blue tooth speaker and board games are available for your use.

Restaurants, bars and shopping are all within walking distance. Pier Park is 5 miles from the property and features over 120 restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and The Grand 16 IMAX Theater.

If you are visiting for one of our world class sporting events Sea Dreams is centrally located between the new Publix Sports Complex and Frank Brown Park, home to all the tournaments.

This is a beautiful property! Very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family group with ages ranging from 2 to 85. Good location. Nice restaurant across the street. Live music on the weekend. Gorgeous sunsets off the back patio. Host was responsive when contacted.

Gorgeous home directly on the beach! The house was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked/equipped. The private pool was great also! We had an absolutely amazing vacation.

Great Place

We loved it. It was perfect for our family. The pool was great and a very short walk to the ocean. Property was very clean. We did have a couple of issues but they were on top of it to resolve them.

Excellent Beach experience

We enjoyed our stay, and would return. The amenities and location can’t be beat! Each bedroom having its own private bathroom added privacy. We needed to use the fridge in the garage. Thank you for having it available.

Panama City 2025

The house was great, the beds were comfortable a bathroom for each bedroom was perfect. The picture on line showed 2 twins and queen in 3rd floor bedroom but it actually had two sets of bunks and a queen. The pool was great and being heated was nice.The location to the beach was perfect and even thought it was spring break it was not crowded.The Alibi beach bar and grill across the street was great and the food was really good. Highly recommend the weekend breakfast. We were Blessed with beautiful weather also.The house next door wasn’t rented so not sure how it would be with neighbors but we loved our stay.Thanks for a great vacation.

One of our top family vacations

The property was gorgeous and well set up for a fun week with my wife's parents, her siblings, plus all the kids. The owner had everything you need organized well. There is a cool bar with live music right across a non-busy street too. The salt water pool and deck overlooking the gulf is breathtaking. Direct walk out access to the beach and the relatively non busy traffic in this area are a plus. Worth the money for this one!

FANTASTIC!

11 ladies came to PCB to celebrate two 60th Birthdays. This was the PERFECT Home. I had plenty of space to spread out, but all be together. The home had everything we needed. The Pub across the street became our go-to on a rain day and could not have been more fun. The home was not located in the "hub" of the city, but close all. We loved it and already talking about the next Milestone Birthday. Thank You !

Exceptional!!

We have been coming to PCB for years now and always get a home on the beach. This house is by far a favorite and we will definitely be back! There was plenty of room for our entire family of 12! Andy was great with communicating with me prior to our arrival and I didn’t need anything from him during our stay but if I had, I can only imagine he would have been just as attentive then as well. The only inconvenience we had was with parking. The listing states there is parking for 4 vehicles but that is not the case. One vehicle can fit in the garage and one can fit in the driveway. They did give us a parking pass for one additional vehicle to park across the street, which was good, but we still had to find somewhere for the other vehicle to park. We figured it out, and I only mention it in my review so others may be prepared. We will definitely stay here again and are already planning our next trip!

Short get away

One of the best place I have stayed at while in Panama. The convenient of it being on the beach is the best part. Very spacious house with plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodated my entire family. The property manager was very helpful whenever we have a problem or any question. We will definitely rent again.

Great property

This was an excellent rental for a large family vacation. It was roomy enough for everyone to be in the same area -kitchen/dining room/living room - all together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and clean. It was great that it had in house laundry. The pool and beach access were amazing. We were able to walk right out the door to hang out on the beach. Definitely this time of year the beach was much quieter also. There’s an extra fridge in the garage which was a plus also with a large group. I would say the only downside is parking. Basically 2 cars for. One in the garage and one in the driveway. There is a door you can park at the bar across the street with a parking pass but it’s not optimal. Our car was safe there but just was as convenient as in the driveway. All in all this was a great rental and I’ve already recommended it to friends! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Panama City at Sea Dreams. Andy was very responsive to all of my questions leading up to our stay. The house was very nice and very much like the photos on the listing site. It was ready at 4pm as described. The house was clean, minus the lump of hair found on the shower wall in the master bedroom (we didn’t complain, just washed the shower ourselves to make sure) the kitchen is well stocked. We wished there would’ve been some Tupperware for storage so if this is something you like, you might want to pack some for yourself. The pool is great and the very minimal steps leading to the beach was great for the trips back and forth. It is a public beach, however, we felt like it was private with all of the crowds further down to the left and right of us. The location is just okay. It’s a bit of a drive to Pier Park and the traffic is awful, so we only went there once. It’s only an 8 min or so drive to Publix grocery store. Skip Walmart, it was a nightmare. The bedrooms are all as described in the listing. The added bonus was the full refrigerator in the garage which helped with storing drinks. All in all it was a great week in a beautiful home and if you don’t mind to be further away from the action of Pier Park etc I would definitely recommend.
