INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Very nice. Spoiled us being right on the beach. Loved having pool and open kitchen/living area. I did not see anything that stated how the rooms were arranged in the house. ALL bedrooms are upstairs except one Smaller King room downstairs. Master was upstairs. They were all very nice, but for someone that has problems with stairs this would be a tough place. Also the bunk room is near the stairway, opposite end of the adult bedrooms.(Little scary having young kids to stay there). We had a blast tho and a great trip. (love bugs were terrible this time of year, bug zappers in pool area and around back doors would be a plus to keep them out of the house and pool)

Wonderful house at an amazing location. Unfortunately the place was missing a coffee pot the entire stay which made the morning a bit tough.

Comfortable and Relaxing!

Beautiful, quiet location. Spacious beachfront home. Convenient walk to the beach. Despite a few minor suggestions, the kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable for a large group. Clean, bright, and well kept. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was spacious, and the view of the water was terrific. Unfortunately, we had issues with the pool on two days of our stay, which was quite frustrating since we had small children in the group.

A wonderful Beach Vacation

We had decided on a beach vacation for our family reunion this year. It worked out beautifully. The house was great and the location fabulous. We would definitely rent it again. The only thing I would caution is that there are many steps from the street to the main floor and from the main floor to the next level where most of the bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry room are. The steps might present an issue for someone with mobility difficulties or very young children.

The house was perfect for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone to be more than comfortable Pool is a bit small but our kids enjoyed it. Location was easy to get to and beach access was perfect. We only had a couple of mismatched wine glasses which sucked. I don't think their kitchen was as well stocked with doshware as others we have stayed in, in terms of kid friendly plates/cups/ etc. We had some glitches along the way, early check in was given to us via text but there was miscommunication with the property manager. It was sorted out but I felt that should have questioned their staff vs asking me how I received the code and who gave me the complimentary early check in. The biggest issue was the AC unit/thermostat malfunctioned for the first couple of days and our master faucet was broken. We know these these things happen, it is what it is. What we appreciated was they were very responsive and tried to get it fixed asap, thunderstorms were bad so that delayed the process of fixing the AC but they did get it all sorted out the second time it happened. Faucet was fixed shortly after reporting it was broken. We did find a couple of bugs in one of the bedrooms, I wish they would have sent pest control out but they said they were going to notify the property manager and we were checking out shortly after. Overall the stay was good, we wish we didn't have those issues but things happen. They communicated well and tried to fix issues as they came up.
